Funcionária muito gentil.

Fui muito bem atendido por uma moça da recepção, demonstrando muito profissionalismo. Eu havia errado a data da hospedagem, más, ela me deixou ficar mesmo assim, comprei uma diária, porém, fiquei por umas 6 horas apenas durante o dia. Muito obrigado pelo seu atendimento moça, uma pena não ter anotado o seu nome.

O local cumpre o papel de uma boa estadia. Meu quarto faltou tomada para poder ligar os equipamentos (celular ou telefone) tinja que desligar a geladeira ou a TV para poder ter acesso a tomada no quarto.

Overbooking

Terrível porque, no início da madrugada, cheguei no hotel com a minha reserva, mas todos os quartos já estavam ocupados. A gerente não atende telefone para resolver, a recepcionista não sabia como proceder… Um transtorno! E ainda tive que buscar outro hotel no meio da madrugada. O suporte telefônico do hotéis.com não falava português… Enfim, tirem suas conclusões se vale a pena arriscar.

Quarto super limpo, chuveiro muito bom, ar-condicionado gelando muito bem, o funcionário Mateus e muito educado e prestativo. Só tenho uma reclamação, de noite e muito barulho e entra e sai de pessoas, então atrapalhou o meu sono um pouco.

Um bom custo benefício, visto que pegamos só um diária sem café da manhã apenas pra dormir mesmo, porque passamos o dia fora. É relativamente perto do estádio Itaquera que foi o nosso objetivo, pra ver um jogo de futebol. Boa localização

A noite no hotel fizeram barulho a noite inteira, batia portas, fazia barulhos de propósito !! Eles anuncia o espaço com cama king e não possui é cama normal e pequena !!
