Nice area with gym, swimming pool, laundry. Close to shopping mall. Had a concierge downstairs. Some of the utilities were missing such as toilet paper and the host did not replenish.

Upon arrival the apartment smelled like sewage. I communicated this to the managers, but nothing was done. They also only provide 2 very small pillows and one single blanket. It was a cold day in SP so this was hard to deal with. They eventually sent another small blanket but it was troublesome to coordinate this. Great location but the experience was not the best. The owners and management could definitely work on improving the exprience, the quality of the sheets, the ventilation, etc.
