The hotel is a dump. Lots of problems in the rooms and breakfast is a battle with the number of people trying to get to the buffet with lots of empty serving trays. The food is not supplied/replaced quickly enough. It’s a royal disaster. If you’d like to throw your money in the garbage, go ahead and book to stay at this dump. My advice is: run, run, run. Book somewhere else. Good luck!

O Café da manhã era bem avaliado, porém nos dias que eu estava achei um café super básico, demora na reposição dos itens que acabava, demora em liberar as mesas sujas, as louças ficavam muito tempo nas mesas até alguém recolher. Então de forma geral o hotel é ok! Mas o café da manhã não vale a pena. Já fiquei em outros hotéis da rede Slaviero (Curitiba e Gramado) os quais o café da manhã são espetáculares, mas esse de São Paulo é bem básico e não condiz com a rede!

Achei que era mais bonito e Chique, a frente do hotel e muito Chique e bonita, mas na hora que vc entra nos quartos vc percebe que apartir dos quartos não acompanha o nível, a recepção é muito bonita, os quartos poderiam ser mais bonitos mas não são, fiquem atentos a consumos de itens no frigobar e fora do frigobar. Eu comprei tudo no mercado para consumir no quarto. E na hora de fazer o check-out mostraram uma folha informando que eu tinha consumido varias coisas lá. Um conselho eu dou a vcs. Tudo que gastarem no hotel pague na hora. Para na hora ter dor de cabeça no check-out. Outra coisa tive problema com o ar condicionado.
