It is a decent studio. Clean, well furnished. The only reason for the 3 stars is that the sound insulation is horrible. Although it is in the 14th floor, it faces a busy avenue (Santo Amaro) and we woke up at 5:30 am to the sound of buses going back and forth, so loudly that I got up to see if the sliding doors to the veranda were open. They were NOT. The glass is so thin and the door insulation so weak that the noise seemed to be coming from inside the room. If you have to stay at this property, ask for a room facing the other way....

Experiência não foi boa

O condomínio era de luxo e com segurança reforçada . Boa localização , perto restaurante, padaria, farmácia e mercado (pizza hut embaixo do prédio). Fácil check in e via comunicação com Host. No entanto, o apartamento não comporta 4 pessoas . O sofá cama cabe apenas uma pessoa. Para minhas duas crianças ficou muito apertado. Apartamento ao lado de rua movimentada . Barulho a noite inteira e sem cortina blackout. Iluminação e barulho da rua passava a noite toda . Muito difícil dormir. Ônibus passando de madrugada. Box do chuveiro não tinha apoio ou prateleira para shampoo e sabonete. Registro da pia muito duro de abrir . Criança ( 8 e 12 anos) não conseguiu a abrir ou fechar a torneira.

Segura que la vem textão!!!

A primeira vista parecia tudo bem, porem no decorrer da estadia fomos percebendo alguns problemas bobos, mas que geraram grande desconforto. Pra usar a tv são necessários 2 controles. So havia pilhas em um! E a posição do receptor tb dificulta bastante o uso da tv. O ar condicionado não estava bem regulado ou congelava ou parecia bem quente. As roupas de cama estavam com “perfume” muito forte, bastante enjoativo, e mesmo estando num andar alto (acima do decimo), ouvia-se em alto som o movimento da rua e pra piorar assim que o sol nasceu, o quarto ficou super claro pq as cortinas não eram blackout . E isso em uma diária que não é barata. Enfim, foi uma junção de pequenas coisas que tornaram a estadia bastante desagradável. Acredito que com um pouco de atenção esses inconvenientes possam ser resolvidos e assim os próximos hóspedes tenham uma melhor sensação na hospedagem.
