They are making repairs on parts of the building, and some of the rooms are disturbingly noisy. The buffet was a C. 6us Is fair for overnight parking. Cleaning staff very noisy opening and closing the doors doors in the morning.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, as I understand the hospitality business is hard. However, I had multiple issues checking in, and despite being an international hotel, all but one of the front-area staff spoke English, so it was very hard to resolve things. I understand Brazil's Portuguese is the primary language, but usually, staff at hotels in business areas are usually hired with ability to speak a moderate level of English. The rooms are very dated and could use a refresher.

Me hospedei no Hotel Intercity do dia 10/04/26 ao dia 13/04/26, no estúdio standard, e no geral tive uma boa experiência. O quarto era confortável, porém senti falta de um espelho fora do banheiro, o que faria diferença no dia a dia. O café da manhã estava bom, com opções satisfatórias, e a piscina foi um dos pontos que mais gostei durante a estadia. Gostaria de destacar também o excelente atendimento, em especial da recepcionista Juliana e da moça que estava na recepção do café da manhã (infelizmente não recordo o nome), ambas extremamente educadas e simpáticas. No mais, foi tudo tranquilo e dentro do esperado.

Se vc quer balada e busca somente um teto para dormir com um banheiro privado, ok; esse lugar é pra você. Se você procura um lugar confortável, acolhedor limpo, bonito, etc... esse lugar não é pra vc. A estrutura esta velha e apodrerecendo, chuveiro ruim, cama ruim, roupa de cama e toalhas ruins, ar condicionado não funcionava... o café parecia cevada torrada (sabor café)... entre outros problemas. ahhh a piscina externa sem qualquer condições de uso... lixo, garrafas, folhas de bananeira. Não serve nem para uma foto bonita!
