This is a simple hotel, staff at front desk at night can not give you toilet paper if you need or whatever you ask. They are rude. Differently of staff at day time which are much more polite. The bathroom is filthy dirty. Different kind of hair everywhere, the sink is cluttered, the shower smells mold. Your luggage doesn’t have a proper place to stay but at the floor. There is not microwave at the room. They don’t have gym. Don’t choose this hotel.

O check-in foi um processo simples, tem possibilidade para vários idiomas, a equipe sabe tudos os requerimentos necessários seja um hóspede nacional ou estrangeiro, de forma geral são bastante prestativos e amigáveis. A instalação também é limpa, o serviço de limpeza opera nos horários estabelecidos e a qualidade da limpeza é ótima. O café da manhã é continental, tem frutas, pão de diferentes tipos, sucos, cafés e chás ecológicos, o ambiente é confortável, o restaurante também tem comida ótima e variada.

Excelente opção de hotel para quem vai assistir a shows no Allianz Parque! O atendimento é excelente do checkin ao checkout, o café da manhã é delicioso e o restaurante do hotel serve comida peruana super bem feita. O quarto estava super limpo, assim como o banheiro. No nosso caso em específico, em que nos hospedamos para um show, a recepção estava decorada de forma temática e, no checkout, ainda recebemos um chaveiro de presente. Achei de um cuidado muito legal! No complexo do hotel tem vários restaurantes, cafés, farmácia e um mercadinho, e o shopping fica a mais ou menos 1km do hotel - dá pra ir andando tranquilamente. Enfim, super recomendo e já reservei a próxima hospedagem.
