This is a simple hotel, staff at front desk at night can not give you toilet paper if you need or whatever you ask. They are rude. Differently of staff at day time which are much more polite. The bathroom is filthy dirty. Different kind of hair everywhere, the sink is cluttered, the shower smells mold. Your luggage doesn’t have a proper place to stay but at the floor. There is not microwave at the room. They don’t have gym. Don’t choose this hotel.

O café da manhã é muito fraco. Falta carinho na preparação. Tudo artificial e sem gosto. Talvez um dos piores cafés que já vi num hotel desse nível. Mesas sujas...falta comida e talheres toda a hora...um descaso com os clientes. Perguntei da academia e o recepcionista falou que não tinha. Depois, totalmente por acaso, descobri que tinha um convênio do hotel com a Ironberg. O funcionário poderia ter avisado desde o começo. Descobri isso somente no último dia. Poderia ter usufruído do benefício nos demais dias. Enfim, a equipe precisa ser melhor treinada.
