me hospedei sozinho. estava desnudo no chuveiro, molhado, vou pegar shampoo para lavar o cabelo e não tinha, embalagem vazia. tive que levar o cabelo com sabonete. não morri, mas é uma desatenção terrível para um hotel deste nível. durmo. acordo no meio da noite com sede. abro o frigobar para tomar uma água: vazio. tive que tomar água da torneira do banheiro. vergonhoso.

Air Conditioning didn't work properly. It didn't reach the temperatura setting and the room was too hot, particularly at night. Only two towels, poor quality. Not clear curtains, only dark ones, not enough hungers...lunch was poor, dirty dishes, dirty cups and glasses...poor security. Anybody can take the elevator to ahve acces to the rooms...
