Here’s a professional but clearly negative review you could use: Unfortunately, my experience at this property was disappointing. The room was not as clean as expected, and the overall maintenance of the hotel seemed below standard. The staff was very responsive when issues were raised. The breakfast options were limited. The location may work for some travellers, but overall the service and quality did not meet expectations. I hope improvements are made in the future.

As expected, the hotel is super basic ( which is totally fine) and I would stay again. But what isn’t acceptable, is the reception staff attitude. Super unfriendly, slightly rude very unkind. For that reason, I will never comeback to it. It’s way better and cheaper and Ito rent an apartment nearby rather than pay more for people that’s is clearly not happy in what they are doing.

This is really a budget option. Except extra charges for everything but filtered water. It is good location. But the rooms are tiny and don't expect every light to work. It was safe and the staff were pleasant. Just no frills.

A dificuldade que encontramos no quarto duplo. Não há espaço para colocação de objetos, roupas, ou qualquer outro tipo de utensílio de viagem. Há somente as duas camas de solteiro separadas por um frigo bar. Cabide de parede sobre uma das camas. Não é possível pendurar roupas, agasalhos, ou uma simples camisa pois ficarão sobre a cabeça de quem estiver deitado na cama. Um total absurdo. Tivemos que manter as roupas e tudo que estava conosco dentro das próprias malas que tinham que ficar abaixo das camas pois não há espaço algum para deixá-las no quarto.
