Stay was wonderful! A great budget hotel in the heart of Sao Paulo. Clean room, clean linens, very strong shower and water pressure, nice staff, affordable price, easy to get to, valet parking is easy to use and affordable per night. I definitely plan to come back!

Nos hospedamos em um dia que o hotel estava lotado. Nos deram um quarto no 1o andar. Senti insegurança, pois o quarto tinha acesso para uma laje técnica, bem fácil de acessar pela janela. O quarto é muito pequeno, assim como a área do vaso sanitário e chuveiro. Não vale o valor investido.

Ficamos no primeiro andar! Mantiveram som no saguão a noite toda dificultando o sono. Fechei a reserva com café da manhã quiseram cobrar a parte da minha esposa. Um constrangimento. Ela não quis tomar café. Reclamei com a gerência e disseram que houve erro no check inn. Após muito custo devolveram o dinheiro referente ao café. Atendimento ruim.

A estadia deixou bastante a desejar. O quarto não oferecia itens básicos como shampoo e condicionador, e acabei precisando lavar o cabelo com sabonete. A toalha era extremamente áspera, parecia uma lixa na pele. O ar-condicionado não gelava o suficiente, tornando o ambiente desconfortável. A cama era muito dura, o que prejudicou a qualidade do sono, e ainda não havia frigobar no quarto, algo que considero essencial. No geral, faltou conforto e atenção aos detalhes básicos de hospitalidade.
