Great Hotel in Santo Andre

The room was good, and as described. The staff were very nice and service oriented. The breakfast was great and sufficient. The room service was fine, nothing bothered me. The service and hospitality of the staff checking us in was great. They were helpful and very accommodating.

Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast had a couple of great days - it just needs more consistency to become great everyday. Pipes need some fixing in the bathroom as sometimes you can smell drainage from them.

Hotel é razoável, não é top, mas também não é ruim, muito limpo. Café da manhã básico. O que me chamou a atenção foi a falta de empatia em entender a necessidade do cliente. Eu precisava de uma xícara de água quente, apenas isso, pois precisava tomar um chá medicinal de um tratamento que estou fazendo, queriam me cobrar um bule de chá com as opções de chá da casa. Um absurdo.

O conforto e limpeza são satisfatórios, porém, o atendimento deixou a desejar. As recepcionistas não são tão educadas, reclamavam de hóspedes na nossa frente, e pedimos talheres e pratos para poder jantar no quarto e falaram que não tinham. Uma pena, pois a estrutura do hotel é ótima, inclusive um ótimo café da manhã.

O hotel tem muitos pontos positivos, é espaçoso, tem um ótima ducha, o banheiro espaçoso. Mas não conseguimos descansar como desejavamos. Devido nossa rotina de trabalho, ou seja, trabalhar a noite e descansar durante o dia, o hotel não se demonstrou silencioso. Para conseguir dormir, decidi ir na farmácia próxima e comprar um protetor auricular. Mesmo estando num andar mais alto era possível ouvir o som de todos os carros passando na rua, além da região estar próxima a hospitais e obviamente, haviam constantes sirenes de ambulâncias. Dentro do hotel, nos dois dias de hospedagem por diversas vezes havia a equipe de limpeza trabalhando nos quartos com um aspirador extremamente barulhento e além disto, batiam tanto bocal de piso do equipamento nas paredes que dava a sensação que queriam demolir o apartamento, quase impossível conseguir dormir entre 8h e 11h. Outro ponto que poderiam melhorar é em relação a quem vai com carro próprio ou alugado. Seria importante repensarem como um carro deve ser devolvido a um viajante. Existe área plana em frente a porta da recepção. Como foi nossa experiência: O manobrista entregou o carro numa rampa, longe da porta de saída da recepção. Não foi possível avançar com o carro na rua, porque prejudicaria o trânsito. Para um pedestre que estiver caminhando no local ele é obrigado a andar na rua, que é movimentada, já que a frente do carro invade toda a calçada. Enquanto carregava as malas, por diversas vezes eu via e ouvia os pedestres recl

Mas o cliente que pagou por um manobrista e por um estacionamento é tratado com descaso? Coloquem-se no lugar de um cliente! O café da manhã precisa melhorar. Muito! Tínhamos uma reserva de 3 dias no hotel para outra data, cancelamos!
