The room was good, and as described. The staff were very nice and service oriented. The breakfast was great and sufficient. The room service was fine, nothing bothered me. The service and hospitality of the staff checking us in was great. They were helpful and very accommodating.

Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast had a couple of great days - it just needs more consistency to become great everyday. Pipes need some fixing in the bathroom as sometimes you can smell drainage from them.

A atenção e cuidado doa funcionários foi incrível. Todos que noa atenderam foram muito gentis. Do checkin ao restaurante. O ponto negativo foi a qualidade da internet, que caída toda hora, me impedindo de trabalhar e, no primeiro dia, pedimos comida no quarto e informaram que deveriamos deixar as bandejas na porta. Isso eram 16h. No dia seguinte de manhã, quando saímos para o café, nossas bandejas ainda estavam lá na porta e a de outros quartos também.
