O hotel é extremamente irredutivel com early check-in então não vá contando com a boa vontade do staff e do hotel: a recepção é pequena e costuma ficar lotada de hospedes aguardando, muitos em pé, a entrada (14h). Solicitei à recepção um adaptador para pode trabalhar e até agora ninguem me retornou com uma posição. Cheguei a falar mais 2x com a recepção e a resposta pelo whatsapp (o meio de comunicação com eles) foi em caixa alto dizendo que estavam aguardando alguem da manutenção. Não responderam mais. Um hotel que nao tem adaptador para tres pinos? Eles nao dão nem shampoo! Apenas sabonete de qualidade duvidosa. A localização do hotel é no epicentro da Cracolândia. A noite, muitos fazem barulho e é impossivel dormir. Sair a noite então, impossivel. Voce vai gastar muito com uber! Leve isso em consideração. Para não falar que a experiencia foi terrível, o pessoal da cozinha (café da manhã) e a camareira Elaine foram muito atenciosos conosco.
