Pelo preço podia ser melhor.

Quando eu cheguei havia restos de sabonete de outros hóspedes no suporte do box do banheiro - o que indica que não foi bem limpo. O lençol ficava saindo toda hra do colchão - praticamente durmi sem lençol. Funcionários davam informações diferentes sobre um mesmo assunto. O café da manhã bom.

Atendimento da equipe excelente. Fiz reserva em um dos Hotéis da rede, que na verdade não gostei. Imediatamente a equipe me transferiu para outro. Muito bacana o Hotel para o qual fui deslocado. Faz parte da mesma rede.

Péssima experiência

Péssima experiência. Reservei quarto de não fumante e me colocaram num cubículo que fedia a cigarro. Pedi para trocar e o atendente me disse que não podia. O colchão tinha molas enferrujadas que faziam barulho quando eu me mexia, o lençol não cobria a cama toda, não havia cobertor nem produtos de higiene pessoal. Também não havia toalhas, e depois de solicitar, o atendente me entregou só uma toalha de banho pequena. Havia mosquitos de fruta voando pelo quarto e o vaso sanitário parecia de boteco, de tão encardido que estava.

Hotel bem localizado , próximo ao metrô S Cruz.

Bia localização , proximo a restaurantes mercados , shopping e metrô Santa Cruz , atendimento excelente pela equipe, também o hotel dispõe de translado para o metrô e aeroporto , o qual não utilizei . Contudo hotel, na unidade da rua 11 de junho é bem abandonada . No quarto não havia sequer papel higiênico, que foi reposto no segundo dia. O chão do box do banheiro praticamente no cimento . Viajei praticamente para vários endereços no Brasil e ja fiquei em estabelecimentos compatíveis. Com certeza este é o que estou avaliando como pior é, principalmente por se tratar atar de uma capital fiquei bem surpreso pela estrutura descuidada do hotel , desta forma só dei uma melhor avaliação pela equipe esforçada e pela boa localização.
