Uma relação custo x benefício muito boa. Já me hospedei várias vezes. O entorno não é muito agradável durante a noite, mas nada que seja preocupante. Durante o dia, para negócios, a localização é excelente, na cara do metrô de onde você pode ir para qualquer lugar de São Paulo. Basta querer. Café da manhã suficiente, sem exageros, mas muito bem servido. Quartos simples, mas sempre bem cuidados. Funcionários prestativos e simpáticos.

Muito perto da estação, a visão que tivemos da igreja foi linda. O café da manhã foi ótimo, todos foram muito gentis e prestativos. Só tivemos problema com o quarto, que ficou muito frio a noite.

Temos nos hospedado com uma certa frequência neste hotel porém ultimamente tenho percebido que os quartos variam muito a qualidade da limpeza do ambiente nas últimas instalações até que tava muito bom mas já umas duas vezes que a gente pega um quarto terrível a cama impossível de dormir numa cama daquela eu não sei o que acontece porque os valores são os mesmos não mudam os valores e a cama nossa o colchão muito ruim muito ruim mesmo foi uma noite terrível é uma ótima noite então eu acho que precisam rever essas coisas para poder continuar dando cinco estrelas porque agora deixei duas estrelas para não rebaixar tanto a uma estrela ou nenhuma porque nenhuma sem merecer duas sem merecer é o que eu tenho para dizer

Já nos hospedamos várias vezes, quarto sempre limpo, funcionários educados, quarto confortável, excelente localização... Única coisa que pela segunda vez desagradou, é o quarto que a cama box casal, são 2 camas solteiro juntas, e o tempo todo se afastam uma da outra, causando desconforto pro casal.

Em questão de limpeza não tenho que reclamar, o quarto estava bem limpo, mas ar condicionado não estava funcionando, porta do banheiro não fechava e o frigobar parece quem tem uns 20 anos de tão sucateado que se encontra, e a caixa de energia está quebrada e arriscado alguém tomar um choque. Café da manhã bem simples e com poucas mais poucas opções mesmo, mas pelo valor que se paga não dá pra exigir muito, só poderiam ter mais cuidado com algumas coisas dentro do quarto como detalhes das portas, móveis e principalmente a caixa de energia por segurança dos hospedes. Agora o diferencial mesmo é a localização, pois está bem localizado e de frente a estação de metrô, o problema que a praça da Sé é considerado bem perigoso, e mesmo com bastante polícia, isso não te dar uma sensação de segurança, mas fora isso, o hotel fica bem localizado.
