I booked and paid for 2 rooms for my Family of 4 people. When Í arrived they had only one room available and it was 2am, hard time to find another hotel.

Fiquei no quarto 21 e o quarto tinha um cheiro horrível de esgoto. Pedi para a moça nos trocar de quarto, mas o hotel já estava todo ocupado. A moça que trabalha lá jogou produto de limpeza nos ralos mas não adiantou. O café da manhã é bom, porém não tem muita opção para quem é intolerante a lactose. O atendimento é educado.

No geral as pessoas atenderem razoavelmente bem, porem em relação a estrutura e organização não foi tao legal. Primeiro dia tive que ir duas vezes na recepção, o quarto nao tinha toalha de rosto nem piseira, dai depois na hora de dormir vi que nao tinha cobertor no quarto, quarto só foi limpo na terceira diária, foi preciso eu levar o lixo na recepção. E ao chegar no quarto apos a limpeza da terceira diaria novamente tive que pedir piseira pro banheiro e toalha de rosto pois nao colocaram no quarto denovo. Aparentemente problemas aconteceram pois a informação nao fluia entre aa funcionarias nas trocas de turno. Opcao de café da manha engessada, nao gosto de ovos mexidos e nao tinha como fazer inteiro.

Minha estadia foi espetacular, as moças da recepção me ajudaram bastante, quando cheguei e estava com muita mala, a moça se propôs a ajudar a subir todas minhas coisas, e eram bastantes! Além do atendimento muito bom de todos, desde a recepção até a limpeza. O quarto é muito organizado, tudo funciona. Gostei bastante e recomendo.
