Outstanding service by the staff, Yara at the reception allowed me to check in earlier since my flight arrived at 5:00 AM. Thank you so much for that; nice clean rooms and delicious affordable breakfast. Great location close to the Ave Paulista but you have to climb the hill and your heart will love it.

The housekeepers and kitchen staff are very nice and accommodating and helpful, they kept the room very clean and attended all us very well. Great service and the front desk are also accommodating letting us check in early and check out an hour late. Thank you for the great hotel experience, specially this is our 1st year anniversary celebrating in São Paulo. We appreciate and highly recommend H3 hotel.

Good breakfast and a great location. The stay was overall good value for money. However, the shower was difficult to use—the temperature was hard to control and didn’t work very well. Fixing that would make a big difference to the experience.

O café da manhã é muito bom! O atendimento da equipe é excelente! Porém alguns pontos negativos: 1. Dia 20/07 segunda-feira por volta de 09:30 da manhã ao tomar café, eu e minha filha (16 anos) nos deparamos com indivíduo no ambiente de café da manhã, meio confuso, sem camisa usando bermuda com boa parte da cueca a mostra e com cara ameaçadora! Achamos muito estranho! Aliás todos estavam desconfortáveis com aquela cena! Falei com o receptivo depois o rapaz se foi e ele me disse que falou com o indivíduo sobre a vestimenta mas ele não falava nada com nada! Bem confuso! Também me informou que a gerência tinha sido comunicada. Achei pouco! O indivíduo deveria ser convidado a se retirar do ambiente sob condição. 2. A internet no quarto 506 estava muito ruim em momento algum funcionou minimamente bem! É preciso melhorar essa infraestrutura!

Quarto limpo, mas tive problemas com a cama que colchão de molas que para mim é horrível acordei toda dolorida, infelizmente tive problemas com a TV, não conseguia assistir a Amazon Prime não, coloquei a minha assinatura e quando ia assistir o filme ela travava e passava sozinha para a Globo do nada… fiquei possessa de raiva!!! Chamamos alguém para arrumar mais nada conseguiram fazer… Quartos amplos e pessoa solicito… mas a cama, tb e travesseiro deixou a desejar para mim.
