The man at checkin was extremely helpful. He even helped us order a pizza because we arrived so late the restaurant had closed. The hotel is very convenient for the bus station which is why we stayed there. It was basic but got the job done. The bathroom door got stuck quite a bit, there was some hair in the shower drain from a previous guest. The towels were quite worn and one had a hole in it. We arrived on a late flight and had an early bus the next morning so it worked well for that.

Equipe de funcionários muito prestativa, o hotel é muito bem localizado para eventos, e apesar de estar ao lado da rodoviária é extremamente silencioso. O café da manhã tem muita variedade, e os pães de queijo são sensacionais. O que me incomodou não deu tão certo foram cabelos que peguei no meu lençol logo quando cheguei, o piso que tinha um pouco de areia/pedra/sujeira e o box do banheiro que constantemente vazava ao tomar banho. Em um café da manhã um dos ovos mexidos estava podre, elevando um cheiro bem ruim, mas isso foi apenas um dia dentre outros que fiquei e me pareceu uma exceção, não a regra. No geral, o ambiente ultra silencioso, cama confortável, limpeza bem feita depois de solicitada a recepção e muitas trocas de toalha dadas devido ao vazamento, já que não pedi pra trocar de quarto, somadas ao bom café da manhã - que incluía leite sem lactose, fizeram ser uma boa experiência. Gostei bastante do Hotel e vou utilizá-lo em viagens futuras.

O atendimento e a estrutura do hotel são excelentes. O café da manhã, muito bem servido e de boa qualidade. A localização ajuda muito. Contudo, o anuncio coloca o estacionamento como uma comodidade disponível, o que me levou a crer que estava incluso na estada. Contudo, é um serviço pago e custou 20% do valor da diária (é uma empresa terceirizada). Outra nota mais baixa vai para o wi-fi, que só tem sinal forte próximo as portas dos quartos. Mesmo com paredes de Dry-Wall, que permitem ouvir barulhos mais altos dos quartos próximos, o sinal não propaga com tanta intensidade. Cabe ressaltar que são observações minhas, mas que não invalida uma próxima visita ao hotel, pois no restante eles foram excelentes.
