The staff is exceptional !! Everyone is eager to help and make your stay a memorable one. I was so impressed with the hostess of the breakfast buffet that I paid a compliment to the hotel manager about how she made everyone in the breakfast dining area feel so welcomed. Unfortunately the rooms smelled mold I had to come downstairs on the 2nd night because the smell was horrible and I could breath.. I was offered other rooms and they were equally bad. I had 2 friends that came to the room and they felt it one of the has asthma that immediately had an attack. All I wanted was my money back .and forget the experience. I SINCE HAVE CHANGED HOTELS. Which I booked with Expedia also. I wonder why didn't Expedia didn't help also

It’s a nice hotel but definitely overpriced. It’s really a three star hotel not a five star. Breakfast is very expensive and selection is limited. Overall experience is OK, but not something I would recommend it as a must stay.

Primeira vez na unidade Itaim ! Gostei de tudo ! O quarto Maravilhoso . Não tinha café da manhã incluído na diária . Então não poderia avaliar .
