Venho registrar uma reclamação formal referente à minha hospedagem no DELPLAZA Excelsior São Paulo – By Monreale, cuja reserva foi realizada e integralmente paga por meio do Hoteis.com. Gostaria de iniciar ressaltando que esta não foi minha primeira hospedagem no hotel. Já estive hospedada outras vezes e, justamente por conhecer o estabelecimento, sempre o considerei uma excelente opção na região central de São Paulo. A localização é privilegiada, a limpeza sempre foi um diferencial e, por isso, optei novamente por me hospedar no local. Justamente por já conhecer o hotel, fiquei ainda mais decepcionada com a experiência desta vez. Compreendo que obras de modernização sejam necessárias e que possam gerar alguns transtornos temporários. No entanto, um hotel com aproximadamente 23 andares, localizado em uma das regiões mais movimentadas da cidade de São Paulo, com intenso fluxo de hóspedes durante todo o dia, não pode operar praticamente sem um plano de contingência para um serviço essencial como o transporte por elevadores. Durante minha hospedagem, apenas um elevador estava disponível em razão da modernização dos demais. O comunicado afixado pelo próprio hotel informava que o tempo de espera poderia chegar a 20 minutos e sugeria a utilização das escadas. Na prática, porém, a situação foi muito mais grave. No primeiro dia da hospedagem, o único elevador em funcionamento apresentou falha e ficou completamente inoperante. Hospedada no 14º andar, fui obrigada a subir e descer a pé

Este hotel fica bem localizado, porém, a avenida em que se situa, é muito barulhenta, inclusive de noite. Tem uma bar na esquina com música ao vivo que fica aberto até tarde, então, o aconselhável, é solicitar um quarto em um andar mais alto... No geral, é bom!

Hotel razoável, pelo preço não se pode exigir muita coisa. Café da manhã fraco. Limpeza mediana (poderia ser melhor), os manobristas demoram muito pra buscar o carro, mas o mais insatisfatório é o fato de ter apenas um elevador funcionando o que em horario de café da manhã por exemplo transforma em uma experiência bastante desagradável como ter que esperar 30 minutos para usar um elevador.

O hotel tem 80 anos e não está bem cuidado. Estava limpo mas não dá uma sensação de limpo pois precisa pintura e reparos. Nos dois primeiros dias só um elevador funcionando e uma espera de 20 a 30 minutos para se subir e descer os andares (hora do café da manhã sempre uma demora ). No último dia da estadia o único elevador que estava operando deu problema e tivemos que subir do café pelas escadas (do 3 ao 18 andar) e depois descer 18 andares com mala. Inadmissível tamanha negligência pois um dos elevadores tem mais de ano que está para ser trocado. O hotel ainda teria potencial mas é muito mal administrado.

Pontos negativos fiquei 10 dias :hotel antigo década de 60. Quarto suite Júnior com ar-condicionado abtigo que faz muito barulho (trocar por splitter)hotel só tinha um elevador funcionando (um absurdo),que tivemos que subir quando quebrou no período de um dia a pé para podermos dormir ,detalhe estávamos no 12 andar ,descaso da reserva .porque paguei por uma suite Júnior em andar alta do lado oposto da avenida ,ou seja números pares ,me colocaram no lado da avenida ,que mesmo com as janelas fechadas faz um barulho considerável devido a shows do bar da Brahma à noite e barulho de motos e carros pela manhã ,café da manhã sofrível ,sem variação do cardápio,várias vezes mandei esquentar o café para funcionária pois estava frio ,um absurdo ,recepcionistas mal educadas na hora do chekin ,localização apesar de ver no centro ,muito perigosa ,escura ,no meio de dois cinemas que passam filmes adultos ,banheiro antigo sonda tem banheira e bidé (que loucura nos dias atuais ),hotel uma vergonha em todos os sentidos ,jamais me hospedaria de novo e não indicaria para ninguém ,fuja desse hotel .Pontos positivos :o único ponto positivo na minha opinião foi os funcionários da parte da limpeza do quarto ,que eram bem atenciosos e trocavam diariamente as toalhas e lençóis e só .Repetindo fuja desse hotel no centro ,existe várias opções na região com o mesmo valor e muito mais moderno ,tive a infelicidade de me hospedar nessa velharia de +de 60 anos 😱😱😱😂😂😂.
