Its the second time we stayed there, first time was perfect, this time however we noticed a huge lack of maintenance in the rooms. The room wasn’t enough clean ,shower was clogged with water going outside, no internet working in the room. The beds are confi and nice gym and swimming pool . The laud of the nightclub the same.. but this time the party didn’t bother me but the other problems listed definitely

I had many issues on this property since I arrive, the mattress are really hard and isn’t comfortable I can’t sleep well. The location is another issue is not safe arround it, really not recommended for foraingners. Just outside of the hotel I suffer a tentative from a guy who wants to stole my iPhone when I waiting my cab just in front of the hotel door. I had a bad experience I don’t understand really why the rates that theirs have and that was the reason that I choose them plus the pictures that theirs shows.

PONTOS POSITIVOS; - Localiacao atras do copan, ao lado do metrô, muitos restaurantes e bares no entono; - Ducha forte e quente; PONTOS NEGATIVOS: - Estao em reforma e não avisam anteriormente; - Nao avisam que nem todos os quartos tem limpeza; - 1 papel higienico pra 5 dias de hospedagem; - Nao tinha NENHUM copo e talher, solicitei copos na recepcao e o atendente Nikolas disse que estava em falta; - Cozinha e banheiros não estavam bem limpos, só passaram um pano por cima; - Nao tem ducha higienica; - Nao tem tem espelho alem da bancada do banheiro; - Nao tem secador de cabelo; - Fechadura digital deu problema por 3x em 5 dias; - Apartamentos muito barulhentos, a ponto de cada quarto receber protetor auricular; - Recepcionistas (com excessao da Maite) muito rispidos, grosseiros mesmo.

Fiquei hospedado aqui com meus amigos e a diferença para a experiência que eles tiveram no ano passado foi muito perceptível, infelizmente para pior. Eles já tinham ficado nessa acomodação antes e falaram super bem, então viemos com uma expectativa alta. Mas dessa vez a experiência foi bem ruim. A hospedagem era para duas pessoas, mas não havia toalhas suficientes, o que já gerou um desconforto logo no início. Outro ponto foi a questão dos itens de higiene. O shampoo não estava reposto corretamente e o sabonete disponível parecia de qualidade bem inferior ao que havia antes. Pequenos detalhes como esses fazem bastante diferença na sensação de cuidado com o hóspede. Também sentimos falta do estacionamento, que antes existia e, pelo que nos contaram, era um grande diferencial do local. Agora tivemos que deixar o carro em um estacionamento próximo, com custo alto, o que pesou bastante. É uma pena, porque pelo histórico do local a expectativa era muito melhor. Desta vez, a estadia deixou bastante a desejar.

Estivemos hospedados na Tabas Renata há cerca de um ano e, naquela ocasião, a experiência foi excelente, o que nos motivou a retornar. Na primeira estadia, o apartamento estava muito bem equipado e cuidado: havia shampoo de boa qualidade, sabonete adequado, toalhas suficientes para todos os hóspedes e secador disponível no quarto. Além disso, o estacionamento era um diferencial importante para nós. Infelizmente, nesta nova hospedagem, a experiência foi completamente diferente e bastante decepcionante. O banheiro apresentava um cheiro ruim desde a chegada, o que já causou uma impressão muito negativa. A reserva foi feita para duas pessoas, mas não havia toalhas suficientes para ambos. O shampoo não estava devidamente reposto e os itens de higiene disponibilizados, como o sabonete, eram visivelmente de qualidade inferior em comparação à estadia anterior. Outro ponto que impactou bastante foi a ausência de estacionamento, que antes era um diferencial relevante. Agora, foi necessário utilizar um estacionamento próximo com custo elevado, o que aumentou significativamente o gasto da hospedagem. Além disso, o box do banheiro está com escoamento e vazão ruins: a água do banho não desce adequadamente, acumulando no piso, e ainda vaza para fora do box, tornando o uso bastante desconfortável. Voltamos por conta da ótima experiência anterior, mas desta vez a estadia foi realmente muito ruim.

O quarto que estava sujo, teve que ser trocado, o que gerou indisposição. O chuveiro é bom, já a cama tem colchão desconfortável. O quarto, ainda, não conta com espelho. O apartamento é incrível, mas muito mal cuidado, infelizmente. Apesar disso, é limpo. As cortinas dos quartos não isolam a claridade, as janelas do banheiro não oferecem privacidade, já que o prédio vizinho consegue ver dentro. A janela de um quartos estava com o vidro quebrado. Agora o ponto mais importante, é um apartamento extremamente barulhento, pois fica na frente de uma balada. Então se quiser dormir tranquilo, não é o seu lugar. Fora isso, a localização é perfeita! Tudo a pé e muito central. Retornaria ao edifício mas não nesse apartamento.

Chegando, fui informado que por excesso de trabalho da governança, meu quarto só ficaria pronto 17:30. Foram gentis e queriam me realocar no quarto no andar acima, mas o cheiro de cachorro estava insuportável, o que é nojento, ter cachorro de grande porte em sofás, cama e cozinha. Só pude entrar 18h. Andrei, um excelente funcionário me presenteou com café da manhã, mas infelizmente não usei nenhum dia, por conta do barulho das baladas em frente ao meu quarto, sendo que pedi um quarto com menos barulho. Não tem anti ruído, e as baladas não respeitam leis, e é um inferno de domingo a domingo. De forma voluntária, o Renata optou por fazer reparos elétricos não urgentes, com lotação máxima, em dois dias diferentes, e ficamos sem luz, internet, e sem elevador. Sem relação com as ventanias. Um dia teve gravação de comercial no restaurante, e ficou impossível usar o único elevador funcionando, de 3. Os hóspedes eram secundários. O quarto precisa de reparos urgentes, está velho, com móveis gastos, manchados, o box do banheiro estava imundo, a ventilação do banheiro não funciona, e tem de ficar implorando para fazerem arrumação no quarto. As camareiras estavam exaustas demais. Espero voltar no futuro, com estrutura e hospitalidade e respeito. Porque estive antes e foi perfeito. Me deram late check out. Agradeço o esforço do Andrei e da Carol. Os erros são todos da administradora do Renata, que vende como uma experiência de alto padrão, mas entrega ocupação máxima e descaso.
