O apartamento é excelente, mas tem uma observação importante. Antes, extremamente funcional. Limpeza impecável. Localização em SP depende do propósito, é muito próximo do aeroporto de congonhas e ótimas opções na redondeza para alimentação. Tem um mercadininho que resolve praticamente tudo. Um grande porém, isolamento acústico zero. Muito barulho de trânsito até 23h. Fiquei no andar 7. Fica a sugestão,.mas é nota 10.
