And Charlie, the company who runs the place is just terrible. Customer service is all done online and they are very unhelpful

Foi minha terceira estadia no Paulista Suites by Charlie e acho que é um bom custo-benefício. A localização é muito boa, o atendimento na recepção é sempre simpática e os quartos são confortáveis. No entanto, os quartos já precisam de uma atualização: uma parede que passou por infiltração, ar condicionado que pinga... pequenos detalhes contornáveis que não diminuem o conforto, mas já mostram desgaste.
