The apartment building was very easy to get in if you fill out the required documentation prior to your stay. The building entrance has this Ai camera that allows entrance via facial recognition. However, when i reached the apartment door there was a lot of complications with the locking system on the door and after 45minutes of back and forth texting with management (because no phone calls allowed), they finally changed my room instead. The cleanliness of the room was ok, there were a few minor dirt mark and stains but for the most part it was ok and an ok experience. The sensor lights in hallways shuts off too quickly (3-5 seconds), im not sure if management could do something about that.

I will not recommend to rent a property administrated by Charlie when you plan a trip to São Paulo as this one I rented. Upon my arriving to the property, there wa as problem with the toilet as it was not draining. I reported this to the property manager, who told me I needed To wait 24 hour for the technician to come and fix the issue. 24 hours to wait for the use of the toilet, when it is something is use on a regular basis during the Day. The property manager seemed not to understand that the toilet is something essential and there was not way for him to understand the urgency to have it fixed immediately. Even I explained to him several times and in different ways. He did not do anything but sending me a report number to have it fixed in the next 25 hours. I ended moving to a hotel and left the apartment, which it ruined my time in São Paulo. Terrible experience and not customer service at all at this property .

My room smelt like a family of rats had died in the bathroom. The company in charge of the property are impossible to get hold of. I Expedia were extremely unhelpful and offered me a laughable £50 refund.

We arrived at property and the passcode didnt work, I spent 1 hour and a half sitting on the floor waiting for a solution, after that there were no towels at the room and the toilet was liking and bushy.

cool apartment

super cool apartment in great area, the communications with ‘charlie’ are not great. had issues with wifi and had to spend a while messaging a chat bot before getting to speak to a human via messenger. also couldn’t lock bifold doors and couldn’t be bothered to go through ‘charlie’ again so left unlocked. would definitely recommend if they changed comms if future.

The rooms and beds are pretty small, but its kind of a no-frills experience. I walked around the neighborhood a couple of times and found some incredible food, coffee, and a fantastic gym. Its about. 15-20 minute drive to allianz stadium, a 20-30 minute ride from the airport; and the city is peppered with exciting places to eat.

Havia um problema de vazamento no chuveirinho no banheiro que incomodou um pouco, pois o banheiro estava sempre molhado. Muito boa somente com um porém

Tudo foi muito bom mesmo, literalmente as unicas coisas que me incomodaram foi a falta da água quente, a agua ficava quante por apenas alguns segundos e depois ficava super gelada (e nesse frio de São Paulo não dava). E outro ponto era sobre a fechadura que tive dificuldades para abrir mas consegui resolver rapidamente. Mas se melhorarem essas coisas eu volto sim para uma próxima estadia.

O prédio é novo, mas o apartamento já está com aspecto de velho. Começando pelo banheiro que estava bem gasto, metal enferrujado e aspecto antigo no geral. O quarto com o sofá sujo, o lençol não era adequado para a cama então nunca parava no lugar.
