Horrible communication, apartment was extremely dirty since the beginning, sheets/chouch extremely stained and it all smelled dog pee (it says it’s not pet friendly but we found lots of dog hair around), face recognition never worked.

The apartment was awesome, very clean and in a safe area. The only issue is that there is no Reception, so Security will not allow you to enter if there is an external issue with your reservation, for example I had to wait 1hr outside because the license I sent was not clear enough for Charlie, which was really frustrating. Charlie support service is via whatsapp menus only in Portuguese, they should add English as a second option. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay in the apartment.

o apartamento é muito bom, bem espaçoso, estava bem limpinho. no primeiro dia o controle da tv não estava la, so deixaram no dia seguinte. o ar condicionado funciona bem e a localização é boa tambem. o prédio é otimo, academia bem equipada e lavanderia boa. no geral valeu muito a pena

Ótimo apartamento, bem equipado, limpo e organizado. Apenas ressalto que a cama é pequena para casal (parece cama de viúva) e o check-in poderia ser mais ágil, pois precisei entrar em contato para concluir. No mais, gostei muito da estadia.
