The apartment was awesome, very clean and in a safe area. The only issue is that there is no Reception, so Security will not allow you to enter if there is an external issue with your reservation, for example I had to wait 1hr outside because the license I sent was not clear enough for Charlie, which was really frustrating. Charlie support service is via whatsapp menus only in Portuguese, they should add English as a second option. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay in the apartment.

Horrible communication, apartment was extremely dirty since the beginning, sheets/chouch extremely stained and it all smelled dog pee (it says it’s not pet friendly but we found lots of dog hair around), face recognition never worked.

Condition of conservation below expectations.

The location is good and the size of the apartment is also good, however, I am quite disappointed with the condition of the apartment. Sofa completely stained/dirty (I didn't have the courage to sit down), bathroom was also quite dingy. I didn't feel comfortable with the hygiene of the place and I didn't think it matched the condition in the photos.

Péssimo, de todos locais que fui esse foi o pior da minha vida, achei que seria a melhor hospedagem da minha viagem e foi a pior de todas! Chegamos no local o meu esposo e eu fizemos tudo certinho no site o check in e chegando lá a moça disse que constava apenas o meu nome e na noite seguinte o dele, e mesmo vendo que nós dois iríamos se hospedar juntos n deixou entrar, ficamos cerca de uns 40 50 min entrando em contato com o Charlie no WhatsApp pra arrumarem ficamos no frio esperando com raiva pq estávamos cansados, quando entramos o banheiro com o vaso meio solto, o box tudo sujo os azulejos, o bebedor de água sujo em volta e quando abria a torneira fazia barulho, o exaustor do banheiro super barulhento ao ponto de acordar quem tivesse dormindo, o controle da Tv horrível, e a cafeteira que tanto falam bem que foi oq mais me motivou a se hospedar, deixaram 2 cápsulas de café pra 2 noites para duas pessoas, pontos positivos, lugar seguro e boa localização, cama boa também.

Gostei muito da hospedagem, bom espaço e ótima localização com mercado e drogaria pertos. Cama super confortável. O prédio tem excelente infraestrutura, com um mercadinho dentro prático, embora caro resolve compras de última hora. Tive problemas para acessar o apartamento e me ajudaram em poucos minutos. Solicitei uma limpeza extra a parte que foi muito boa. Pontos que me preocuparam um pouco foi no bocal do filtro de água ter sujeira que impedia fluxo da agua(uma sujeira preta). O apartamento não possui sistema de calelafação, então se cozinhar algo vai ficar o cheiro dentro do apartamento além da condenação nas paredes manchando a pintura.

O apartamento é espaçoso, o banheiro é um pouco apertado e o vaso sanitário estava sujo, faltou atenção na limpeza. A cama é confortável, lençóis e toalhas limpos. O problema é o mal cheiro a noite (esgoto), que não identifiquei se vinha de dentro ou fora do apartamento, e também o barulho, por conta de estar próximo a uma via movimentada. No mais, ok, processo de checkin rápido e eficiente.

Gosto muito do Charlie Nun Itaim, a localização é ótima, melhoraram e muito o processo de check-in, possui estacionamento… Mas dessa vez, preciso reclamar da limpeza… Já fiquei várias vezes e nunca tive problemas, mas dessa vez arrumaram o quarto e não tiraram os lixos e, além disso, o box do banheiro estava cheio de cabelo (acredito que da hóspede anterior), mas era muito cabelo!!! Falha grave!!!
