The location is excellent, only the communication with some employees like Vanessa is completely careless or has no empathy whatsoever with the customer and is arrogant in the service. If the service was a little more personalized it would be great.

Everything is very cozy and usable. Some small improvements could be made, but they didn't affect my experience: - There could be a napkin to dry dishes; - The soap dispenser is leaking; - The refrigerator is not very stable; Great place to stay for short periods. I'll be back.

The check in was the experience ever! The operator at the chat didn't want to help me. I didn't receive the email with instructions, so I didn't know what to do. It was never cleaned not even once and the was little aunts everywhere in the bathroom. Not a nice experience over all.

Excellent location, the studio is very cute and cozy. The only thing that is missing is that they should remove the rug that is in the studio. It is stained and it looks dirty. The floor is beautiful and it doesn’t need a rug. Besides the “rug”, my stay was perfect! Definitely, I would stay again!

The apartment was small but comfortable. The only (but major) problem was that the faucet in the bathroom sink was out of order and the water would gush out and fill up the sink completely, with the risk of overflowing and flooding the bathroom. After much difficulty, I managed to close the faucet and never used it again.

Hope you like computer errors. No people around. Building and room doors are run by a faulty computer. Your check-in is online and you submit a selfie. The computer uses face recognition to open the door. Half the time says "access granted" but the door stays shut. The room door has a keypad and should activate for you enter your code to unlock, except half the time it doesn't and you have no way to enter your code to unlock the door. There isn't anybody around for you to ask help after hours. During the day there is an intercom you can buzz but is not much help. You just need to keep trying the computer again and again until you get lucky and the door opens. Also when you checkout you cannot wait in the lobby for your uber/etc. The computer stops giving you access and is game over. Room was clean.

The hotel operates without staff on the property, and the security is not bilingual, my husband tried to speak to the person on the phone, and the guard hung up on him, and I couldn’t communicate in Portuguese. They should explain the check-in procedure better.

Roupas de cama sujas, parece não ter sido trocada há alguns dias. Teto do banheiro bem mofado, provavelmente pela ausência de janela e/ou ventilação forçada. A localização é excelente, fica em uma rua bem tranquila, mas bem pertinho da Paulista. Da para andar a pé tranquilamente (inclusive à noite).

El lugar esta en excelente ubicacion, muy limpio y con excelenten vias de movilidad, sin embargo lo unico que no nos gusto, es que se anuncian cono hotel y realmente es mas un tipo de ab&b, ya que en ningun momento nos hicieron limpieza de habitacion. El resto super recomendable.
