It took me almost one hour to check in because I didn’t receive the details of my room. Their service on what’s app is very slow and for a simple question you will speak to at least 3x different people. No phone available so you will be at the mercy of whoever is on the other side and for the most of it a robot will be answering your questions.

Terrible experience

To benefit the place you better know the local language and have local credit card. It is not possible to do any change - All communication is via WhatsApp and there is no lobby and no reception. You are on your own. Cleaning services are not included in the price and there are no cleaning services available for tourists because it is possible to pay only with local credit card which most tourists don't have.. and the cost os about half of the room daily tariff

Terrible experiencie at the check in, face ID for the main entrance wasn’t working because the selfie I sent wasn’t clear but they never told me I had to sent it again. Besides that at the entrance intercom anyone talked any lenguaje different from English and it was very difficult to communicate. Besides that A/C didn’t worked properly the first night, they told me that I had to wait until de next day that they will be going to contact me, they never did so, so I had to call again and finally change my room for a smaller one. I request at least 1 day refund for my bad experience

Inferior a outros Charlies. Não tem local para deixar as malas após o check out, tive que pagar bagageiro por fora. Lavanderia só tem 1 maquina, que estava sempre ocupada, tornando inviavel seu uso. Internet não estava funcionando adequadamente e tive que gastar meu pacote de dados. Única vantagem foi localização, mas pelo preço, havia outras opcões melhores na região

O quarto estava organizado e limpo, tem um tamanho ideal para duas pessoas. Todas as dúvidas que tive, foram esclarecidas pelo contato do whatsapp. Ar-condicionado e banhos quentes funcionando. Fica perto da Av. Paulista, inclusive fui andando até lá. Além de ficar perto de outros lugares que facilitaram entregas de delivery e locomoção fácil com aplicativos. Me senti segura o tempo todo, o que foi reconfortante pois estava hospedada sozinha.

Ok. Limpeza pode melhorar.

A cama não era muito confortável, estava afundada no meio. O lençol que cobria a cama escapava e o colchão não tinha nenhum protetor. Tive crise de rinite porque tinha poeira no quarto, tive que olhar o filtro do ar e não estava limpo. Pontos positivos tem pratos, talheres e uma cafeteira. O quarto era um tamanho bom para uma pessoa só.

Gostei do flat, foi uma estadia boa. Era bem limpo e confortavel em geral. Me incomodou um pouco o atendimento remoto. Não ha recepcao ou funcionarios no local. Tive que enviar os documentos duas vezes porque nao estava dando certo. Depois fiquei confusa sobre como seria a entrada com a questao da senha etc - mas deu tudo certo. Ressalto que deu tudo certo e consegui entrar sem problemas, e sempre que busquei contato via whatsapp, foi super rapido e tranquilo, mas achei mais preocupante o fato de ser tudo remoto e ter que ficar me preocupando com checkin um dia antes.. Na acomodacao correu tudo bem! Gostei do quarto, tinha mini market pra comprar conveniencias no terreo. A localizacao é imbativel.

Se mostrou de uma forma mas foi de outra

Terrivel, a facial nao funcionou nenhum dia, todo dia tive que pedir para recadastrar e ligar pra protaria abrir, um dia fiquei na chuva esperando a portaria atender, todos os dias fiquei preso dentro do hotel, tive uber cancelado e com multa porque nao consegui sair e ninguem do interfone estava atendendo, o serviço ao cliente foi pessimo. Estendi a minha estadia, e o hotel nao comunicou os funcionarios, a limpeza foi entrando no quarto falando que era pro checkout ter sido feito ja, sendo a eu havia estendido a estadia. No dia que cheguei, fiz o checkin no horario combinado, levou 30 minutos para eu conseguir entrar devido a dificuldade de comunicacao, e ainda quando cheguei no quarto haviam dois tecnicos dentro do quarto fazendo manutencoes (??) tipo eu chego cansado querendo me deitar e tive que aguardar a manutencao sendo feita no horario que foi marcado para eu entrar no quarto, ainda assim, pedi a cordialidade de fazer o checkout mais tarde, ja que tive todos esses problemas devido ao horario da minha viagem e como um pedido de desculpas, e o hotel foi inflexivel e nem ligando para todas as reclamacoes e questoes apontadas. Nao recomendo, pois, só a questao da facial era um stress pra mim e pros outros hospedes, pois, cheguei a conhecer os meus vizinhos de quarto e andar, ja que ficavamos todos do lado de fora conversando, reclamando e esperando alguem decidir abrir a porta.

Dificuldade no check in

Fiquei apenas 1 dia. A habitação é boa. O maior problema é o Check in on line, Que não funciona adequadamente gerando stress e desconforto. O único canal de comunicação é através do WA. Não foi confortável fazer o check in, só conseguido após chegar à São Paulo, por WA, após clicar no link “Reclamação”, uma pessoa fez por lá. A informação que passaram é que o “sistema” estava instável. Passei 3 dias tentando fazer o check in. Já estava pensando em ir para outro lugar e solicitar a restituição.

Gostei do flat , bem localizado a poucos minutos da av. Paulista , não tive problema no check in, o imóvel é pequeno porém confortável e atende a necessidade básica de um casal , pra mim o único defeito foi no checkout , q é cedo as 11:00 e ao sair nesse horário a saída já tinha sido bloqueada , tive que esperar alguém sair para poder me retirar do imóvel , tirando esse detalhe vale muito a pena a hospedagem.
