Nice but moisy

The shower was very good .but was put by the elevator and it made alot of noise when it would operate and was here on a friday night so music from the night ciub would echo on the buidings. The breakfast was exxelent as well

I stayed in a room with two single beds. I was given two room keys, but my booking was just for one person. I had a friend coming into my room over two nights, we went to a few bars but he didn’t stay with me. When I checked out I was told that I needed to pay about 50USD extra for having a guest despite the fact that he did not stay, and the room is indeed for two people. The air-conditioning was crappy, the single bed was far too small and uncomfortable. Very average hotel, and a very bad checkout experience, being charged extra money. What a rip off.

Só tenho a reclamar do banheiro, q está precisandode reparos. O vaso estava solto, as toalhas de banho velhas, com furos. O ar condicionado em boas condições, funcionando muito bem. Quarto silencioso e bem aconchegante. O café da manhã estava ótimo, bem diversificado, com pães e bolos bem saborosos. Vários tipos de frutas, sucos. Enfim, nada a reclamar. A equipe da recepção muito simpática e atenderam a todas as nossas solicitações. Foram ótimos os funcionários.

Começo esta avaliação agradecendo pelo atendimento desde o check in ao checkout, café como sempre impecável, comodidades zero defeitos e como sempre funcionários cordeais. Porém falta comunicação entre os sistemas, pois no meu check in tive que procurar a recepção 3 vezes pois meu quarto estava com a logística errada, era para ser camas de solteiro e as três vezes que trocaram meu quarto tinha cama de casal, Mas a equipe prontamente resolveu a questão e pude continuar com minha programação.
