The hotel is a great stay but the property is only available thru WhatsApp via texting! I waited 30 minutes in the extreme heat for a reply to get back in hotel as the reception works remotely …. And there is some delays when waiting for replys!

My stay at the Ape paulista was nothing short of a horrible stay. Would not recommend this hotel unless they change the following: 1) Give staff more room to make decisions. When towels or rooms needed to be cleaned management has to be approve 2) Deborah the cleaning house manager is way to involved in my stay. Created a huge mess due to her being overly concerned with my stay activity. 3) cleaning I had to buy cleaning agents to clean my room. They don’t come by and ask if you need your room cleaned or if towels are needed. 4) street noise took a bit of getting use to. Overall I give this place a 1 star at best and will never return.

Equipe muito prestativa. Local limpo, bem organizado. Acústica não muito boa como na grande maioria das construções mais novas, mas nada que arruinasse a experiência. É preciso ter certo costume de lidar com novas tecnologias para não ter problemas com o check-in, a entrada no apê e nos quartos, respectivamente. Localização 5 estrelas também.

Um charme próximo da Paulista

Quarto delicioso, com cama elevada e chuveiro a gás espetacular!!! Muito bem localizado, a poucos metros da avenida paulista e do metrô Consolação, facilitando o transporte para qualquer lugar da cidade. A segunda vez que hospedamos neste Apê e o chuveiro e a água quente deixa muito a desejar. Houve vazamentos do local do banho nas duas vezes. Os canais de TV possuem péssimos sinais, já é tempo de melhorar ! A cordialidade da equipe de limpeza é muito boa! A localização é excelente.

O apê é bem localizado, super bem arrumado e limpo. Banheiro limpo e chuveiro ótimo. Tem shampoo, sabonete, toalhas. Local sem barulho. Da para dormir bem tranquilo. Tem secador de cabelo e Ferro de passar. A única coisa que é bom ficar atento é o fato do apê ter um mezanino que é uma espécie de andar acima onde fica a cama ( bem confortável e com muitos travesseiros). A escada para subir no mezanino pode não ser acessível para pessoas. Com dificuldade de locomoção. Os degraus são altos. É bem perigoso para pessoas com alguma dificuldade.
