You won't be able to sleep well, the walls are paper thin. You can hear people hitting their digital passcode to get in their rooms, five Doors Down from your own room. You'll never be able to actually sleep here.

I would extend to stay longer at this location, as aspects of the place are good, but I'm not going to. After several days here the noise is just unbearable. The walls are too thin. One can hear every single thing from rooms even very far away from your own, all through the night. Slept horribly.

Dirty linen, poor quality furniture, smelly shampoo, and incredibly LOUD. The receptionists say they're gonna help but they do nothing. No maintenance, no communication, zero accessibility... Terrible stay. Would not come back.

I had a room without a window that need a fresh paint job. I politely requested a different room, because I was going to be there for multiple days. Never happened. Maybe I should have pushed harder, especially when I saw roomd available on the website, but decided to just be quiet. The staff was pleasant enough, however, if you have better options, consider those first.

The hotel could not even give me a room key. Every day they changed the code to my room and I had to submit to face scans daily just to be able to access the front lobby door. After the first day 2 claimed their system didn’t work and I had to wait outside in the rain for several minutes each time just to enter the building.

Infelizmente o imóvel estava com os móveis velhos e sem a devida manutenção. O banheiro o box vazava o tempo todo. A pia tb caía água na bancada e caía no chão e alagava ainda mais o banheiro. Passamos uma semana e eles não limpam nada. Só se for pago à parte e nem trocam toalhas e roupas de cama. Se solicitar, eles fornecem desde que vc entregue o que deseja que seja trocado. Eu entendo que se forem poucas diárias, a empresa pode até não fazer uma limpeza diária. Porém, passamos 8 dias, não custa nada, pelo valor que foi pago que fosse feita pelo menos uma limpeza nesse período e troca de enxoval. Lamentável que as fotos mostrem uma coisa e lá os móveis estão bem desgastados.

O pessoal da recepção e da limpeza são ótimos. Ocorre que ficamos no mesmo quarto da última vez, o 307 e desta vez verificamos alguns problemas, o piso da sala está estufado, a acento da privada não está colocado corretamente o que faz a tampa abrir e fechar junto com o acento, a torneira da pia da cozinha está bamba. E gostaria de afirmar a importância de instalar ducha íntima junto ao vaso sanitário, é um conforto a mais e uma economia para o Apê em papel higiênico e agua do chuveiro, espero que tenham entendido.

Localização perfeita, metrô paraíso a poucos passos, padaria ao lado, uma oxxo bem na frente e uma Mac donalds bem pertinho, além do shopping paulista e avenida paulista estarem bem próximos do hotel.

O Ap é mega bem localizado, super próximo ao metrô Paraíso e da Avenida Paulista. Próximo à ele tem vários supermercados e padarias, é de fácil acesso na avenida principal. Em relação ao quarto, achei bom, cama confortável e bons lençóis, estava tudo limpo, caso precise de secador de cabelo é preciso pedir na recepção. A parte ruim do quarto é que os banheiros não possuem ducha higiênica e não incluem serviço de quarto para 2 dias de estadía. A equipe foi solicita e amigável.
