Nice property. Good breakfast. Pool is outdoor and small. Lights in the corridor take too long to come on after entering the hall. I always had to walk about 5-7 seconds in total darkness until the motion sensors turned on the lights in the corridors.

Good location, overal good amenities. The shelves on the closet were a little dusty. Some equipment at the exercise room was broken, and no water was available. The exercise room was too small and could use more cleaning. I loved the towel warmer! Good view of the city. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel is nice and de location is good if you’re there for to do something around the area. The room is good, just comes out of the faucet drops of water. The room had a dishwater machine, fridge, stove, but not one plate, cup, pans, nothing. This is not fare. No one cup for to drink water. Ahhh a small bottle of water cost R$ 15,00 but at the same street cost R$ 4,00. Continuing… no amenities in the room. Excuse me, the hotel is not a B&B but is poor like a rat.

Por ser um Mércure achei o hotel com falta de manutenção, cama ruim, banheiro escuro e mal conservado. Fiz uso do restaurante, estava lotado, faltando garçons, muita sujeira, comida de baixa qualidade no buffet e com poucas opções, não recomendo jantar nesse hotel. Fiquei por 2 noites, a cama após a primeira noite foi deixada com o cobertor sem estar dobrado, simplesmente jogado e amontoado sobre a cama. Mesa de trabalho não foi limpa.

Minha experiência foi razoável. Na recepção, houve demora para realizar o check-in, o recepcionista estava nos observando e não perguntou nada, estava um pouco tumultuado, não foi explicado sobre o café da manhã, não explicou sobre o funcionamento da lavanderia interna. Como foi a nossa primeira experiência, me senti muito insegura sobre a acomodação, pois não foi me orientado sobre o funcionamento de recursos básicos. O café da manhã estava bom, muitas opções de cafés e opções para quem tem alguma restrição alimentar, apenas um pequeno apontamento sobre uma xícara que tinha uma marca de batom e estava no local de utensílios limpos, informei a colaboradora da cozinha que prontamente retirou a xícara. Sobre a conservação e limpeza como todo o quarto parecia que sem uso com cortinas sujas e adeviso na porta rasgado Outra observação creio que é útil o Jardim estava abandonado em algumas partes dele. Lavanderia não tem onde dobrar roupa

O quarto é amplo e funcional mas a arrumação na segunda diária foi insatisfatória. Ficaram partes do quarto e do banheiro sem limpar, cotonete no chão após a limpeza, além de não ter sido deixadas toalhas e tapete de banheiro suficiente para o casal. Os elevadores são desligados em horários críticos, o que gerou alto fluxo e filas no térreo. O café da manhã é muito bom. A vedação de ruído do quarto é boa.
