AP ESSEPE studio in the center of São Paulo with a lot of northeastern Brazilian art.
The project, signed by the architect Yanaina Mella, brought a unique and personality-filled look to the environment.
The decor was sourced and brought directly from northeastern artisans, with pieces from Ilha do Ferro, bringing a lot of history into the environment.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

The building has laundry facilities paid separately, outside the apartment.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time we do not have online support.

Pauliceia is presented through the poems written on the walls that dialogue with the guests, exclusive tiles created for AP ESSEPE bring the São Paulo sidewalks to the head of the bed and a privileged view of historic buildings, such as the iconic Copan, frame the apartment's balcony .

In addition to being full of personality and with unique design choices, the environment has everything you need for a perfect stay, complete kitchen, air conditioning, fiber internet, smart TV, high floor and balcony with a view.

The Studio has an incredible location, just a few steps from great restaurants, cafes, bakeries, art galleries, cinema, commerce and República subway. The building is new and modern, it has a swimming pool on the roof with a breathtaking view, especially at sunset. Gym, gourmet area, laundry, and other services can be enjoyed at the accommodation.
