Dirty bedsheets and towels, apartment smelled of dandruff. No drinking water or coffee available. Weird check in and check out system. Everything is in Portuguese, even their website. Would not stay again.

Iluminação direta muito ruim, com leda potentes, muitos deles quebrados e mal direcionados. Parecia um estádio com os holofotes nos olhos. A mesa de centro era um convite a acidentes: o tampo estava totalmente solto, sem nenhum parafuso.

O apartamento é ótimo localização ótima Limpeza péssimo, copos sujos ,talheres sujo pia do banheiro entupida ,reparamos que a limpeza é varrer e passar pano ,banheiro com mofo roupa de cama aparentemente limpa mas manchada O restante limpeza meia boca ficamos preocupados com a higiene não usamos nada para cozinhar uma pena pois o apartamento é ótimo Travesseiros péssimo tudo velho ficamos até preocupados com ácaros Internet não funciona ,televisão sem nenhum canal Higiene e limpeza é tudo para receber os hóspedes acaba dando impressão de abandono apartamento de alto padrão Só resolverem estas questões que daria 10

Terrible experiencia de check in, las instrucciones no son claras, todo está en Portuguese y la ubicación no coincide, el lugar es una torre de departamentos NO UN HOTEL, no tuve internet todo el viaje y por mas veces que lo reporte nadie me dio una solución, es más dejaron de contestarme. Cuando viajas a otro país de negocios es vital contar con internet

Apartamento bem projetado e funcional, confortável e limpo. Condomínio bem equipado, com academia, piscina, quadra de squash e espaço de coworking. Excelente localização, próxima à Faria Lima. Faltando talheres (apenas 01 garfo e 01 faca), xícaras, pratos e copos. Poderia disponibilizar itens básicos, a exemplo de papel toalha.

O studio necessita de reposição de louças. Sugiro a equipe que administra deixar reserva de papel higiênico, pano de prato ( porque fica apenas uma simples e fino parecido uma folha de perfex) o mesmo não da pra enxugar nada . E após a limpeza deixar um cheirinho ( spray ou algo parecido, pra ficar com ambiente de limpeza) Ajuste na limpeza , ajuste na cortina ,

Check in fue terrible, no había nadie con quien hablar. No encontraban mi reservación y nadie me podía ayudar. En general un servicio pésimo del staff, si es que se puede llamar staff pues no había nadie jamás qué pudiera ayudarte. No vuelvo ni aunque me paguen. Pésima experiencia.
