O Studio com uma localização sensacional, porém o mesmo com uma higiene duvidosa , ong um roda roupa cheio de manchas de digitais, os travesseiros muito manchados e já sem forma. O quarto minúsculo com uma varanda obsoleta , nada de amenities de boas vindas aos hóspedes , e o pior de tudo foi ter esperado por duas horas para entrar no prédio pois a portaria estava sem meus dados . Detalhe : quase meia noite e entrei em contato com o 0800 e me sugeriram procurar outro hotel. Limpeza inexistente e manutenção precária . As toalhas bem surradas e o jogo de cama todo amassado, fino e aspecto duvidoso .

O anúncio é de uma unidade linda, mas a acomodação que nos foi disponibilizada foi outra. Na sacada tinha um sofá podre, todo rasgado, o quarto cheirava a cigarro, o colchão é de qualidade ruim (já está afundado) o travesseiro tbm é ruim, o vaso estava entupido e as paredes precisam ser pintadas, pois já apresentam muitos riscos e marcas de sujeira. A piscina, academia e localização são otimas. Mas o apartamento em si precisa de reparos. Se trocasse o colchão e teavesseiros já melhoraria muita coisa.

Bom apartamento mas podem melhorar a experiência

O apartamento em si não é ruim, mas tem detalhes que podem ser melhorados para uma melhor experiência dos hóspedes. A limpeza é muito básica, tá precisando de uma faxina caprichada. Tinha pouco detergente pra lavar as louças, não tinha pano de prato, cortina solta. Na descrição dizia que tinha máquina de café expresso e por isso escolhi essa opção, mas não tinha. Pedi auxílio, disseram que resolveriam, mas não me retornaram. Apenas uma manta fina no frio que estava em SP. Tudo bem que enviaram mensagem antes avisando sobre isso, mas como estava viajando a trabalho e de avião não consegui levar uma outra coberta na mala. Enfim, o apartamento não é ruim, se cuidarem de pequenos detalhes pode ajudar muito na experiência e conforto do hóspede. A vista do apartamento é linda e só fico nesse prédio por causa das comodidades que acabam compensando.

Apartamento extremamente sujo e empoeirado, chão com cabelo e restos de alimentos, mesas sujas, sofás com sujeira (inclusive são usados como cama para o terceiro hóspede), banheiros não foram limpos após a última hospedagem. Já havia avaliação ruim no Hotels.com, mas achei que fosse pontual e arrisquei. O apartamento é até legal, mas não ficaria novamente. Não vale a pena o estresse de chegar na sua acomodação e ter que ficar pedindo limpeza e roupas de cama e toalhas extras, uma vez que éramos 3 hóspedes e só havia para 2.

Esse prédio é problemático com a entrada. Não basta fazer o check in no sistema. Os porteiros somente deixam você entrar, se o seu nome constar numa listagem que supostamente deveria ser enviada pela Locadora.

Hospedagem mais suja que já fiquei

Sou hóspede constante de imóveis de temporada. Honestamente, essa foi a hospedagem mais suja que fiquei. Lençóis com manchas, poeira embtodos os móveis, cabelos e pêlos espalhados por todos os cantos. Lamentável, uma vez estrutura do prédio e localização são excelentes.

Razoável

A localização é boa, porém o prédio é de difícil acesso, uma vez que é preciso se identificar constantemente, mesmo já sendo hóspede. Porém, é todo fechado e no cimento queimado. Corredores longos e totalmente escuros, apenas iluminando ao se caminhar, impedindo a visualização mesmo um palmo a frente. Alguns acessos apenas abrem com identificação digital, vetada ao hóspede, impedindo assim uma adequada circulação. Não há instruções adequadas no edifício. Senha do quarto composta de muitos números e de difícil acesso na primeira tentativa. Sem copo, talheres e papel extra de banheiro. Talvez o custo/benefício não compense se comparado ao Mercure na mesma rua.
