Miscommunication issues

I attempted several times to contact the property and hotels.com for room instructions. This room requires selfie and other information to get the room and passcode. No one ever answered my phone calls, no one ever answered my virtual contacts. The security guard at the roomo brooklin apartments helped me get the correct number to contact by talking to the company for me again. It took us all night to get in the room and were unable to attend our function due to the communication issues.

Lençóis não estavam limpos, quartos dar pra ouvir barulhos constante de vizinhos, a empresa que administra e horrível essa roomo me trocarem de prédio me deixaram esperando quase 3hrs ficou mais longe o outro prédio e toda vez que saia e voltava para o prédio a facio dava erro e o porteiro deixava do lado de fora esperando alguém resolver mais de 28 mim aguardando, péssimo serviço não irei mais hospedar com essa administradora Roomo transamérica São péssimos para retornos e desorganizados

Fora o que não é controlável que é a avenida na frente que é insuportável barulho de carros buzina! O secador de cabelos não funcionava o quente e tinha cabelos de outros pelo quarto

Ficamos no frio mais de 2 horas até conseguirmos ser atendidos pelo WhatsApp do hotel, uma vergonha e descaso !!! O nome do flat não é Roomo e tem outro nome no laçam, impossível de adivinhar. Uma experiência terrível e acabei de gripando por esperar no frio e vento até conseguir falar com alguém pelo WhatsApp, um Total ABSURDO !!!

Apartamento adequado, com bom custo beneficio e localização. Estava limpo e o chuveiro muito bom. Contudo, o sistema de check-in e recepção é muito ruim. Recebi mensagem pelo whatsapp para fazer o check-in somente 4-5 horas antes de entrar, não tinha nem como saber se ia funcionar. Além disso o sistema é demorado e pelo celular, demora mais de 15 minutos pra completar. Chegando na recepção o reconhecimento facial não funcionou e precisava passar meu CPF toda vez que ia entrar.

Tive questões na hospedagem: Wi-fi não funcionou, o técnico foi enviado para checagem faltando 1h para finalização da minha estadia. Minha facial não foi cadastrada, o que limitava meu acesso às áreas como academia; a fechadura da porta não funcionava bem, precisava inserir a senha diversas vezes (cheguei a colocar a senha 7 vezes para acessar)

PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO/SUPORTE DA ROOMO ATLÂNTICA

O apartamento é excelente, mas a experiência do atendimento/suporte com a Roomo Atlântica foi a pior possível. Fiz o pré-checkin conforme orientado e quando desembarquei passei 1h tentando contato com o whatsapp da Roomo para obter informações da reserva, senha... Só tive suporte da Hoteis.com, que me informou que bastava eu me dirigir ao residencial que estava tudo certo. Quando cheguei na portaria eletrônica não havia reserva. Fiquei insistindo no whatsapp, inclusive informando que estava vulnerável na rua e finalmente a Roomo respondeu dizendo que havia um problema no apartamento e perguntou se eu poderia ser acomodada em outro residencial na mesma rua (Haus Mitre Residence). Aceitei e recebi a senha de acesso. As duas portarias dos residenciais relataram o problema que os hóspedes passam com a Roomo Atlântica. Pra resumir, o chuveiro não tinha banho quente e faltava detergente no dispenser da cozinha. Tive que tomar banho gelado a noite, antes de dormir. Abri 2 chamados em dias consecutivos e os problemas não foram resolvidos, só tive enrolação do suporte no whatsapp. Quando estava me arrumando pra pegar o voo, o técnico chegou e dispensei, pois já estava de saída. Não recomendo a Roomo Atlântica, péssimo atendimento e suporte!!!

Pior hospedagem

A pior experiência que já tive em estadia foi essa ,o apartamento é totalmente incomunicável com a portaria , qualquer informação você precisa descer , o suporte com o apartamento é feito através de um WhatsApp que é bem difícil , em torno de 10 minutos de um questionário para poder falar com alguém , esqueci um iPhone e um brinco no apartamento no dia do check out , e estava atrasada para o voo , não consegui voltar pra buscar , depois de muito sufoco consegui falar com alguém que mandou foto e disse que estava lá sim , mas que preciso enviar alguém pra buscar e fazer o envio pra mim , mas não tenho ninguém em São Paulo que possa ir lá , então o resumo é que vou perder os meus pertences , lá eles não podem ajudar e enviar . A hospedagem nesse local é bem ruim mesmo , 0% afável , não recomendo !

Bem localizada para visto EUA

Estadia boa, bem localizada, padaria ao lado do edifício. Predio esta em obras, então havia bastante barulho de maquinas nos apartamentos.
