Amenities not as described. Filthy room. No Internet. No cell service: mobile dead-zone.Zero ability for customer service from both the property and Expedia. Both were duly informed within hours of the deficiencies and could only ask me to "wait" three days. I left after five hours and found new accommodations. The fact that I still receive these rating requests after the hours of chatting with "support" shows that neither 360 Paraiso nor Expedia's customer service is sufficient. I did not receive what I paid for and will dispute all charges. Book at your own risk.

It’s okay. I wish I’d paid more heed to the negative reviews that the positive ones. It’s close to the subway, and you can walk to the park and the Paulista, but the room was pretty beat-up, the coffee maker required me to buy filters that I then had to tear to work, and there were only one set of utensils and no bowls, so it was almost meaningless that there was a kitchenette. Worst of all, I intentionally chose a room that cost more because it faced the neighborhood to the east in the pictures and I didn’t want the noise from the highway to the west, but they gave me one that faced the highway anyway. I asked to be changed, citing the code for the room I’d chosen, and they told me that all the rooms had the same amenities and comforts despite differences in layout and being on different floors. I said I wasn’t happy with that response, and they literally sent me the exact same response with “To repeat” at the beginning, so I gave up because I assumed it was just a robot anyway. It’s not a bad deal for the price, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

não ficaria de novo, segunda vez que fico e tenho o mesmo problema, o cooktop não funciona. na última vez, demoraram dias para arrumar e tu tem que deixar eles entrarem no quarto entre 10h e 17h, não me sinto muito confortável. a comunicação com eles também não é boa, parece um robô falando com você, não recomendo

Indignação pela taxa cobrada encima da estadia

O filtro do ar condicionado estava um tapete de poeira na tela, tive que lavar. Um cheiro de estragado super forte, ao procurar achei uma panela embaixo da pia cheia de coxinha de asas " podre", varanda suja, sanduíches suja. Como so uso geladeira para refri, suco, cha verde e frios. Nao faco uso do restante das coisas.... mas tive que limpar para poder ficar no quarto. Mas ja foi, ja passou e odeio ser reclamar.

Muito bom, mas pode melhorar.

AP 1903 ta de parabéns, mas ainda pode ser feito. Teve o detalhe da limpeza do chão, um pequeno desgaste de mobilia e o ar condicionado travado em 22°C aonde só deitando na cama tinha conforme de temperatura no local. Fora isso a experiência foi muito boa... tirou o trauma do Ano Novo e com certeza vou voltar.

Estadia excelente! Apartamento com vidro para a área externa, o que o deixa silencioso. O prédio é novo, familiar e, apesar da senha para entrar nas unidades ser liberada somente na última hora antes do check-in, tem muitas facilidades, inclusive máquina de lavar roupas, além de academia.

Ótima opção. Super indico

Avalio a acomodação como excelente e super indico. Tudo estava perfeito. A localização é ótima e o prédio é seguro. Não usei as instalações como academia e piscina, por isso não posso opinar, mas estavam a disposição. Com o check in antecipado, o acesso ao prédio foi rápido e a porta eletrônica do apto ajuda muito. As instalações estava ótima: mobília nova, ainda com cheiro de novo, limpeza ok, chuveiro ótimo e cama confortável. A única recomendação é manter um detergente a disposição. Assim os hóspedes pode colaborar com a conservação e limpeza do imóvel.

Bom, mas a limpeza….

Tudo perfeito, somente limpeza fica muito a desejar. Nao sentimos cheiro de limpeza. A impressão é que nem foi varrido chão, nem pano passado.
