Amenities not as described. Filthy room. No Internet. No cell service: mobile dead-zone.Zero ability for customer service from both the property and Expedia. Both were duly informed within hours of the deficiencies and could only ask me to "wait" three days. I left after five hours and found new accommodations. The fact that I still receive these rating requests after the hours of chatting with "support" shows that neither 360 Paraiso nor Expedia's customer service is sufficient. I did not receive what I paid for and will dispute all charges. Book at your own risk.

Muito bom, mas pode melhorar.

AP 1903 ta de parabéns, mas ainda pode ser feito. Teve o detalhe da limpeza do chão, um pequeno desgaste de mobilia e o ar condicionado travado em 22°C aonde só deitando na cama tinha conforme de temperatura no local. Fora isso a experiência foi muito boa... tirou o trauma do Ano Novo e com certeza vou voltar.

Estadia excelente! Apartamento com vidro para a área externa, o que o deixa silencioso. O prédio é novo, familiar e, apesar da senha para entrar nas unidades ser liberada somente na última hora antes do check-in, tem muitas facilidades, inclusive máquina de lavar roupas, além de academia.

Ótima opção. Super indico

Avalio a acomodação como excelente e super indico. Tudo estava perfeito. A localização é ótima e o prédio é seguro. Não usei as instalações como academia e piscina, por isso não posso opinar, mas estavam a disposição. Com o check in antecipado, o acesso ao prédio foi rápido e a porta eletrônica do apto ajuda muito. As instalações estava ótima: mobília nova, ainda com cheiro de novo, limpeza ok, chuveiro ótimo e cama confortável. A única recomendação é manter um detergente a disposição. Assim os hóspedes pode colaborar com a conservação e limpeza do imóvel.

Bom, mas a limpeza….

Tudo perfeito, somente limpeza fica muito a desejar. Nao sentimos cheiro de limpeza. A impressão é que nem foi varrido chão, nem pano passado.
