Breakfast buffet was fresh and replenished when items run out. Staff is very nice and very helpful. The only down side is that there is no hot water on the bathroom sink only cold water. The rest is excellent.

A practical hotel at a very good price

A very modern and nice hotel iwth great breakfast and even better breakfast hours: til 10.30 weekdays and 12.00 weekends. A little complicated with the key card one need to be able to enter the hotel and the breakfast area, but one gets used to it. As in most places in Brazil it is poorly insulated so the street noise and people talking in the corridors might be disturbing but no probs for us.

The hotel is very well kept and clean. They also offer great breakfast buffet. Hotel maids are very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that in order to get in and out of the breakfast area and in and out of the hotel, there is a need for the room key. Unfortunately this was not explained during the check in. It was a little inconvenience the first time we went down for breakfast but after understanding how it worked we did not have any issues. I would stay here again.

Ótima opção de hospedagem se vc vai a algum show ou espetáculo em SP. O café da manhã, muito bom, é servido até as 12 hs aos sábados e domingos e o checkout vai até as 13 hs. Está localizado quase na esquina da Avanhandava, a poucos metros do Famiglia Mancini.

O quarto 301 estava com cheiro de esgoto no banheiro e ao entrar o cheiro do quarto não era bom. O quarto é amplo, mas o armário é pequeno para duas pessoas. Quando cheguei uma das luminárias estava com a lâmpada queimada, reclamei e eles consertaram. O café da manhã é bom e existe guarda mala no hotel. Um dos funcionários da noite foi bastante grosseiro conosco . Em uma das trocas de toalhas elas vieram furadas .
