Breakfast buffet was fresh and replenished when items run out. Staff is very nice and very helpful. The only down side is that there is no hot water on the bathroom sink only cold water. The rest is excellent.

A practical hotel at a very good price

A very modern and nice hotel iwth great breakfast and even better breakfast hours: til 10.30 weekdays and 12.00 weekends. A little complicated with the key card one need to be able to enter the hotel and the breakfast area, but one gets used to it. As in most places in Brazil it is poorly insulated so the street noise and people talking in the corridors might be disturbing but no probs for us.

The hotel is very well kept and clean. They also offer great breakfast buffet. Hotel maids are very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that in order to get in and out of the breakfast area and in and out of the hotel, there is a need for the room key. Unfortunately this was not explained during the check in. It was a little inconvenience the first time we went down for breakfast but after understanding how it worked we did not have any issues. I would stay here again.

Eu não utilizei os serviços de estacionamento. Quanto a limpeza de quarto, padrão de atendimento da equipe de funcionários e café da manhã, tudo nota 10, parabéns. É a segunda vez que me hospedo e recomendo a todos, super tranquila a hospedagem e segura, tanto no sentido dos controles de acesso ao hall principal, aos quartos e também quanto a segurança na porta do hotel, protegendo os hóspedes na chegada e saída do hotel, assim com durante a espera por Uber ou taxi. O projeto do hotel é muito bem pensado.
