The hotel was as you’d expect for the price, so that was ok. However, when I arrived at the hotel, my reservation (booked through Expedia.com) wasn’t even in the system. The staff didn’t seem to believe me, and didn’t know what Expedia.com was. Luckily there was a room available, which I was able to book.

Atendimento é o ponto alto

Achei o café da manhã com poucas opções e bem medianas no paladar, as instalações da academia bem ruins, não tem ventilador nem ar condicionado, além dos equipamentos estarem sem manutenção e chão sujo. O atendimento é o ponto alto, se mostrou excelente, me ajudaram em tudo o que precisei, a piscina também é boa. Sauna não cheguei a experimentar.
