The price is right, and service is great. Only the water pressure is low, and since located next to Main Street, it may get noisy late at night.

Minha experiência no Hotel Premier foi abaixo do esperado, principalmente no atendimento inicial. No momento do check-in, fomos recebidos pelo recepcionista de forma fria, sem sorriso, sem hospitalidade e sem sequer um “seja bem-vindo”, o que causou uma péssima primeira impressão. Esse comportamento foi totalmente diferente no check-out, quando o atendimento foi cordial. Inclusive, relatei o ocorrido à supervisora de plantão. Infelizmente, a situação foi além do atendimento inadequado. O mesmo recepcionista nos tratou de forma homofóbica, o que deixou meu companheiro extremamente desconfortável. Esse tipo de postura é inaceitável em qualquer ambiente, especialmente em um hotel que deve prezar pela hospitalidade, respeito e diversidade. Sobre a estrutura: o café da manhã é simples e o ambiente onde é servido é bastante quente. O quarto também é simples e tivemos problemas com a água quente, que não funcionou na noite da nossa chegada, apenas na manhã seguinte. Espero que a administração avalie esses pontos com atenção, especialmente no que diz respeito ao treinamento da equipe e ao respeito aos hóspedes.
