The first room we stayed at was depressing, dated. It was rundown. The tv was the size a bit bigger than an iPad and not working. There was lots of noise coming from the outside. We complained about the room and they moved us for a different one. It was a bit better. The hotel looks good from the outside. Location is excellent. Breakfast was good. Staff for the most time was helpful.

Instalações boas, porém, a água do box vaza para todo o banheiro. O registro de água fria do banheiro não estava funcionando, portanto, tive que me submeter ao banho extremamente quente, quanto a isso, depois de comunicado na recepção, resolveram durante o dia. Canais da televisão muito instáveis, uma dificuldade para assistir estações como Rede Globo, SBT e Record. Internet também, com instabilidade constante. Ponto positivo é a receptividade dos empregados, todos com muita cortesia e sempre a disposição, parabéns para todos os empregados, a Vila Premier também é muito boa, com opções de cardápio variados entre os restaurantes, além da loja de conveniência. No geral, a estadia foi boa.

Infelizmente, nossa experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. Desde a chegada, percebemos que a estrutura aparenta ser muito melhor nas fotos e na fachada do que na realidade. As áreas comuns são antigas e demonstram falta de manutenção. O elevador é velho, fazia muito barulho e balançava durante o funcionamento, transmitindo uma sensação de insegurança. Os corredores também aparentam ter recebido reformas inacabadas e precisam de uma revitalização. O quarto deixou muito a desejar. Havia poucas tomadas, a cama era bastante desconfortável e a janela estava desalinhada, não fechando completamente, o que permitia a entrada constante de ruídos externos e comprometia o descanso. O banheiro foi, sem dúvida, um dos pontos mais negativos da estadia. Encontramos limo nos rejuntes das paredes e até no teto, passando uma forte impressão de falta de higiene. As toalhas, fronhas e roupas de cama estavam visivelmente desgastadas e apresentavam um odor desagradável, o que tornou a experiência ainda pior. Além disso, a televisão funcionava de forma precária, não era Smart TV e o quarto praticamente não oferecia espaço ou mobiliário adequado para acomodar as roupas. Pela nossa experiência, o hotel necessita de uma reforma completa e de uma atenção muito maior à limpeza, manutenção e conforto dos hóspedes. Infelizmente, a hospedagem não correspondeu às expectativas e, por esse motivo, não recomendamos o local.

Chegamos após meia noite do dia 26/06 para 26/07 onde fomos direto para a recepção fazer o check-in (de somente 1 noite) quando o atendente informou que tinhamos que pagar lá. De fato não me recordava que só tínhamos feito a reserva e o hoteis.com sugeriu o pgto no hotel (nao sei se é regra) o fato é que fomos conferir e o atendente respondeu "a Sra vai perder seu tempo pesquisando". Como assim? Estou no meu direito certo?! Logo vimos que o pgto teria que ser feito no hotel depois do nosso DIREITO de conferir. O fato é que a recepção nao foi das melhores.

O café da manhã atende. Ñ é ruim. Roupa de cama e banho muito usada e encardida e com cheiro de mofo. Corredores e quarto tem cheiro de mofo. Ar condicionado com controle deficiente. Travesseiros velhos demais. Colchão bem usado. Uma pena, pq o prédio é bom e bem localizado. Muito mais questão de manutenção.
