Staff is always willing to help. Ronildo the manager at the restaurant speaks English and runs the place well. Carla at the reception is an angel and always gets things done and has a great welcoming spirit. They both deserve a raise in pay!!

Gostei da estadia. Hotel bonito e equipe cordial. Alguns itens pequenos influenciaram pra que não fosse 10/10. Reposição deficitária de itens no café da manhã, chuveiro com ducha um pouco fraca e na chegada precisamos pedir itens como toalhas porque éramos 3 e organizaram pra 2 pessoas.

Adoramos sobretudo o restaurante. O hotel é muito agradável e os funcionários bem atenciosos. Na vinda a São Luís, nos hospedados no hotel Luzeiros, achamos péssimo! Super velho, com cheiro de mofo e ainda o ar condicionado jorrava água no quarto, um horror! O café da manhã é péssimo também!! O Brisamar é novinho, cheiroso e aconchegante. O café da manhã é maravilhoso!! Adoramos tudo!!

Hotel muito aconchegante, de frente para a praia, embora a mesma seja impropria para banho, por ter umas pedras. Quarto e banheiro espaçoso. O chuveiro é muito gostoso. Opção de 3 camas de solteiro, com camas confortáveis. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Destaque para o café da manhã ( o mesmo é realizado no restaurante Casa de Juja, no térreo, e tem a opção de sentar com vista para o mar), simplesmente maravilhoso, são varias opções deliciosas. A área comum é muito bonita, tem piscina. No andar em que ficamos estavam pintando, o que demonstra que se preocupam em manter o ambiente em boas condições. Gostei muito.

O hotel estava ok, bem agradável. A minha insatisfação foi que eu já havia pago antecipadamente e na hora do checkout fui cobrado novamente. Avisei o atendente que já estava pago mas ele checou e disse que não. Como eu não tinha nenhum documento provando ali no momento, paguei novamente e fui embora. Chegando em casa pesquisei as faturas anteriores e confirmei que já estava pago. Entrei em contato e eles reconheceram o erro e disseram que irão me reembolsar. Se eu não tivesse certeza e ido procurar teria sido cobrado duas vezes.
