Overall great. The facilities were organized and clean. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room were clean and organized. They offer breakfast buffet, but we didn’t have the opportunity to try it. Additionally, it is close to the historic city – there was a festival in the city, so we had a lot of fun… The hotel also offers parking and there is plenty of space available to park in the sideways. A staff member was super helpful providing instructions for parking. I wish we had stayed longer…

O atendimento que recebi na entrada foi péssimo,pois teve um atraso na liberação do quarto, onde a pessoa que me atendeu não se importou em me dar uma satisfação razoável para justificar o acontecido, achei uma falta de respeito,pois não se colocaram no meu lugar,para pelo menos me perguntar se eu poderia esperar um pouco ou se eu tinha algum compromisso, simplesmente ele me falou que nós teríamos que esperar 20minutos,que se transformou em 1hora! E o quarto que nos deram estava com o chuveiro sem funcionar, piso todo encardido com sujeiras!

O hotel fica em local estratégico para se movimentar pela cidade de São Luís, café da manhã delicioso, funcionários (Gabriel, Vanda, Mesquita, Jonata, rooftop (restaurante superior), arrumadeiras de quarto e demais funcionários que não me recordo do nome deles (peço a compreensão) são de excelente atendimento, sempre prestativos, atentos com os hóspedes. O omelete delicioso e o almoço de boa qualidade, os quartos adequados, enfim indico este hotel para os viajantes que querem conhecer a cidade ou passe por lá.
