Nice hotel but very little parking available

The hotel appears to be a refurbished older hotel. Check in was fairly quick. The room was comfortable and clean. The faucets in the bathroom seem to need work as very little water dribbled out. The parking spots are limited and very small. We were told if we left our car to go out at night, there might not be a parking spot left when we returned and the front desk advised us to take a taxi.

The internet was good. The bed was comfortable. The shower was not cleaned well, there was hair on the floor. One big issue we had was the difficulty with parking. The stalls are very narrow when you could get a spot. When we returned for the evening, there were no more stalls available and we had to park down the street and drag our suitcases from the hotel to the car in the rain. It was also very odd that one could not order coffee during lunch hours, or in the evenings at the restaurant. A coffee shop was in the lobby, but it never seemed to open. For a place with the name “Cafe Royal” attached to it- one would think coffee would be readily available.

Reservei dois quartos. Um para mim e outro para meu colega de trabalho. Quartos iguais no app, mesmo valor. Ao chegar no hotel, me colocaram em uma suite standard e meu colega num bem superior. Pagamos igual, a cliente da hoteis.com sou eu e nem é ele. O meu quarto não me permitia assistir a programação de TV que queria por ser inferior, enquanto a dele sim. No quarto dele tinham aguas de cortesias, no meu nada. Até entendo ter coisas em categorias superiores, mas eles JAMAIS deviam ter colocado duas pessoas que reservaram juntas e categorias iguais em quartos diferentes. Foi extremamente deselegante e desrespeitoso comigo, que paguei o mesmo valor por serviços inferiores.

O quarto é muito espaçoso, a cama é realmente muito boa. O que fica a desejar é o banheiro, com um box muito apertado e um banheiro muito apertado tbm. Poderiam ter diminuído o pouco o tamanho do quarto para aumentar um pouco mais o banheiro. A televisão poderia ser uma smart com aplicativos youtube, netflix entre outros. No geral a comodidade é muito boa. O café da manhã é muito bom também, porém poderiam ter uma máquina de expresso.
