O hotel encontra-se em frente ao Parque das Águas, muito bem localizado. O café da manhã é simples, mas não deixa a desejar. Há várias opções de sucos, pães, biscoitos e bolos. Os quartos são limpos. Nos arredores há várias opções de restaurantes e de comércio local.

Hotel antigo, porém reformado. Bom atendimento. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Boa diversidade de itens, mas poderia melhor no sabor (bolos e doces). Chuveiro elétrico. O sistema de abertura do quarto precisa ser melhorado. Após entrar no quarto - com abertura de chave convencional-, o sistema elétrico é acionado somente com a inserção da tag, ou seja, para trancar o quarto internamente não há iluminação. Sem a lanterna do celular, pode-se tornar uma experiência um tanto complicada. Isto pode ser facilmente sanado.

Excelente localização e ótimo atendimento

Hotel muito bem localizado, em frente ao Parque das Águas. Quarto grande e confortável. Café da manhã bom, com várias opções de bolos, frutas e pães. Nem precisa retirar o carro da garagem, já que o hotel está a alguns passos do calçadão , onde possui bons restaurantes, cafeterias e lojas . Também existe um supermercado na rua paralela ao hotel .

A estadia ótima. Dessa vez a limpeza do refeitório deixou a desejar. E quando fomos fazer o e checkout achamos a receptividade bem fria com os hóspedes. São mais atenciosos para com grupos ( excursões). Com tudo isso ainda continuamos dando Preferência para o Carmem Palace Hotel. O importante é demonstramos cordialmente e um ótimo astral a todos que estão prontos para nos atender . Foram momentos agradáveis que passamos em São Lourenço.
