The hotel's structure is good, but the room we stayed in was far below what we expected. In the room, we found dirty walls and curtains, and broken corners on the walls; unfortunately, this overshadowed the good service and attractions. If there are improvements, perhaps we might stay there again.

Good relation PRICE and what we GET

I already stayed in this resort in the past (more than 3 times) and I really enjoy by "cost x delivered"...my recomendation is a RETROFIT in some rooms since there is some items that seem it is really used.

Achei uma belíssima experiência. O valor pago é acessível, as piscinas são ótimas ( estavam quentinhas), o quarto tem ótimo tamanho, a localização próximo ao parque dos laranjais é uma maravilha a parte e as refeições são deliciosas. Pontos de melhoria: O quarto era virado para a piscina e a animação era feita com som bem alto, o que dificulta o descanso am horário anterior às 22:00h. A arrumação do quarto entre os dias foi bem superficial, sem capricho. Havia tomadas abertas ( diretamente no fio ou sem o espelho) na sala e quarto.

Não limparam o quarto, ficamos sem toalha, disseram que entregariam imediatamente (estávamos molhados após retornar do parque), mas precisei caçar pelos roupeiros dos andares até encontrar. Só Apareceram mais de 3 horas depois que tomamos banho Tem quadras (beach tennis/volley, tênis e poliesportiva, mas não tem bebedouro! Os pais têm que ficar comprando água e levando pras crianças

Tivemos problemas com o chuveiro que desligou enquanto tomávamos banho. A manutenção demorou quase duas horas e foi um transtorno. Só consegui fazer a reclamação pessoalmente na recepção porque ninguém atendeu pelo interfone…. Elevadores sempre lotados e sujos….. Já fomos várias vezes neste hotel, mas dessa última fiquei bem desconfortável.

Hotel não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes no período de férias. Chegamos as 15:40 e não havia quarto disponível. A atendente sugeriu que aguardássemos e apenas disse que o hotel não tinha culpa, pois os hóspedes anteriores que haviam atrasado o check out. Depois de muito tempo, nos colocaram em um quarto em outro prédio, dizendo ser um upgrade, mas na verdade eram os quartos sem reforma. Tivemos que colocar novamente as malas no carro e ir até lá. Quarto antigo, cama desconfortável, o controle do ar não é original e não consegue desligar a luz, deixando o quarto claro. São poucos elevadores para o tanto de quartos, difícil conseguir descer, ainda mais com malas. O ponto positivo é a entrada direto ao parque facilita bastante. Mas botando na balança, não compensa.

Nao tem serviço de quarto. No último dia, sem serviço, deixaram um bilhete embaixo da porta dizendo que para ter o serviço, precisava fazer um procedimento, o que nao nos foi dito no check-in. Nao tem cobertor. Pedimos, mas veio apenas um (para uma família de quarto), então, sentimos muito frio a noite. A comida é ótima, mas o restaurante lotado, com filas para tudo. O bom é ter acesso exclusivo ao parque.

Em % de satisfação posso dizer que foi 60%. A estrutura do resort é muito boa, a localização também com a entrada ao parque Thermas mais alguns pontos causaram desconforto e irritação: 1 - comida muito simples, nota 5 com poucas opções, completamente diferente das fotos e vídeos. 2 - a quantidade de elevadores não comporta a quantidade de pessoas no hotel, toda vez que tentamos utilizar tínhamos que aguardar umas 4 passagens do elevador para vir vazio. 3 - às quadras não a monitoria do hotel com isso ficam lotadas e os próprios hóspedes que ditam as regras com isso vira bagunça. 4 - fora os elevadores a estrutura como um todo do hotel não comporta quando está lotado.
