The unique of this hotel, is the staff and service, in general, everybody is extremely polity, helpful and yelling to solve any problem in the best abilities. Its a waterbpark, and it has way too much noise and stimulus for me, but if you have kids, thats the place to be. Ps: the food was really good

Nice but needs improvements

Despite of the hotel only being 6 years old, the rooms and the food were not 4 star rating. Rooms and amenities were a little outdated, and they could have been cleaner. The waterpark was very nice, although quite small for the amount of people that were there in December. There will be another resort to be launched in 2027, I recommend to make it a bit more exclusive and upscale. The food also needs to improve as it was a large buffer and children were touching everything…definitely not 4 start rating. I’m positive the region and investments into the new resorts will be much improved.

I have been at this hotel many times, but this time the maintenance conditions were very bad. Room 1710 had some many problems. Weak shower, towel hangers falling apart, mattress with a big hole on one side.. one of the elevators had a broken floor and the faucet of baby kitchen was loose. For the price and for the time of the season, the maintenance should be a state of art.

O hot beach park continua muito legal. O hotel ja foi melhor. Agora cobram qdo vc usa mais do q 1 toalha (assumindo q vc esta em um parque com piscinas e q estava frio agora em junho, acho equivocada a cobranca) Cobram o estacionamento. A qualidade das refeicoes tb caiu bastante, reposicoes demoravam e faltava pratos e talheres. Informamos q lampadas da escada estavam queimadas no primeiro dia, fui embora depois de 3 dias e continuavam sem funcionar. Bares mtas vezes estavam sem funcionarios. Por vezes aguardei mais de 10 minutos para aparecer algum atendente. A noite, depois das 22hs, a agua do chuveiro nao esquentava. Ainda assim, as criancas se divertiram bastante e conseguimos aproveitar a viagem. Talvez a experiencia nao tenha sido tao positiva pq o hotel estava em sua lotacao maxima.
