The hotel is ok to stay although the bathrooms were dirty, the bed was worn and uncomfortable, noisy elevators, poor food selection, very expensive and overpriced food and beverages and some rude employees. Unfortunately won’t return.

Quartos, comida e funcionários (em especial o William do restaurante)...espetacular. assim como a estrutura do hotel também. Pontos a melhorar: estacionamento. Tínhamos que parar o carro em um terreno longe e remoto com a alegação de que não tinham mais vagas, sendo que sempre que entregamos na garagem..haviam muitas vagas. Outro ponto: preços muito muito elevados de tudo relacionado a comida no hotel e no parque Hot Beach. Entendemos que preços sejam elevados em estruturas como essa pela comodidade e conveniência, porém neste caso estavam além de qualquer expectativa. Pagar 24,90 em um energético e 32,90 em uma caipirinha... é muito além de abuso. Isso de fato nos faz em repensar se voltaremos ou não. Sinceramente foi desanimador ao ver os preços nos cardápios do hotel e do parque Hot Beach.

Hotel decaído em serviços, e retirada de vários benefícios. Ja fui 04 ou 05 vezes anteriores. Agora cobram estacionamento diário, cobram por toalhas de piscina, retiraram os garçons da área da piscina, precisa fazer e buscar seu pedido na lanchonete. Cardápios com poucas opções e agora tratam como “petiscos”, porque reduziram as quantidades. E os pratos que pedimos chegaram frios, apesar das reclamações. Agora para utilizar o parque no dia de checkin e checkout, precisa pagar taxa a mais. Parque aquático, não tem mais carrinho que servia idosos, ou deficientes. Estive com 04 idosos, que precisaram pedir para os bombeiros levaram na cadeira de rodas, para a parte superior do Parque, porque o carrinho agora serve somente aos JOVENS VENDEDORES DAS COTAS DO HOTEL Mas disponibilizam um carrinho motorizado para alugar a diária (99,00) Na minha avaliação, não estão mais preocupados com a satisfação do cliente, fica claro a todo momento que só estão pensando em lucro, dinheiro, cobranças, etc. Mkt deles muito ruim. Poderiam incluir tudo isso na diária, sem ficar aparente, Minha experiência foi ruim logo na chegada com a retirada de todos esses benefícios anteriores. É uma pena porque Hotel tem uma Infraestrutura excelente e quartos muitos bons

Amamos nossa estadia, vimos comentários sobre o elevador e de fato é bem competitivo em horário de maior movimento, porém nada que tenha nos incomodado muito! Os quartos são ótimos, e muita facilidade para ir ao parque e a Vila Guarani, os funcionários estão de parabéns pela simpatia. Único ponto seria a temperatura da água da piscina do hotel, muito quente, de resto foi tudo maravilhoso.

A localização é boa tanto para um parque quanto para o outro. Check-in fácil e ambiente agradável. Equipe receptiva. Quarto amplo, ar condicionado eficiente, banheiro bom. As conveniências do hotel são boas, piscinas e área de jogos. O jantar é muito bom e o café da manhã também, embora os 2 fiquem sobrecarregados em dias mais movimentados. Porém, o que deixa mesmo a desejar são os elevadores, são só 2 elevadores relativamente pequenos para atender por volta de 260 apartamentos, a espera é longa.

Em relação aos quartos, café da manhã, piscinas, ótimos ... Porém falta elevador em horário de pico, tem que ficar esperando e muito e ainda quando consegue vai lotado. Estacionamento. Não falta vagas .. mas eu parei o carro no sub solo e 3 vezes que fui sai, cheguei no portão tive que voltar estacionar pegar elevador pra ir na recepção pedir para o porteiro i lá abrir o portão.... Funcionários muito educados
