Clean , best breakfast opportunities, was a last minute stay, I wish I could give them a five star because see rcvice was top notch but for people who are accessible challenged this is not the place for you. I use a mobility scooter to get around and to go eat the free breakfast It had to be brought to me.. there were no ways to make it to reception without walking down a flight of stairs… no accessible bathroom… there was a stepover to the larger size bedroom . If you have no. Accessible issues.. the hotel is a 5 star. The view from the window with the mountains and the seldom train that billowed. Through the center of the city.. the location of this hotel was beyond breathtaking.

O atendimento dos funcionários foi bom, o quarto e o banheiro são um pouco menores do que aparentam nas fotos, porém nada desconfortável. O ambiente esteve sempre bem limpo e o serviço de quarto é ótimo. O café da manhã é muito bem servido, porém como o salão não é tão grande pode ser que seja necessário esperar 5 minutos para poder sentar para comer. A entrada do estacionamento é uma rua que não placa avisando onde é, então pode ser um pouco confuso para algumas pessoas. Além disso, o estacionamento é descoberto, sendo vagas separadas perto da entrada de trás do hotel e quando estão cheias, é utilizado o estacionamento da lavação do lado, que é parceiro do hotel. O hotel fica perto de uma linha de trem ativa, então para pessoas que tem o sono leve, pode ser um leve incômodo.

Hospedamo-nos em família, em um quarto para casal com duas crianças — uma configuração difícil de encontrar na cidade e que acabou sendo o principal motivo da escolha. Infelizmente, a conveniência não foi suficiente para compensar as limitações da experiência. O hotel evidencia o peso do tempo. As áreas e, principalmente, o quarto apresentam estrutura antiga e já pedem uma renovação mais abrangente. A sensação é de um empreendimento que não acompanhou a evolução das expectativas do hóspede contemporâneo. O maior problema, contudo, é a acústica. O isolamento sonoro é bastante deficiente: durante a noite, ouve-se com facilidade tanto a passagem dos trens quanto o movimento do pub vizinho, comprometendo a qualidade do descanso. Pela manhã, o ruído das conversas e da circulação de hóspedes nos corredores invade o quarto com a mesma facilidade, reforçando a impressão de que a insonorização praticamente inexiste. O banheiro também reflete a idade da propriedade. É pequeno, funcional apenas no essencial, e equipado com chuveiro elétrico, característica pouco compatível com o padrão de conforto esperado por muitos viajantes. O café da manhã é simples, sem grandes destaques em variedade ou execução. Em contrapartida, o atendimento da funcionária responsável merece reconhecimento pela cordialidade e simpatia, tornando a experiência mais agradável. O hotel tem um excelente localização bem no centro, o café da manhã é razoável. Pontos negativos: O trem passa na frente e buzinando o que pode ser ruim para quem tem dificuldade de dormir, wi-fi cai todos os dias tu tem que ficar renovando a senha e chuveiro elétrica quando poderia ser a gás.

Hotel antigo mas bem cuidado, cama confortável, café da manhã simples, boa localização, só que é muito perto da linha do trem, o que causa incômodo durante a noite. Tive problema com o chuveiro, mas a equipe do hotel solucionou prontamente. Aliás, a equipe é muito profissional e simpática.

O único incômodo é a buzina dos trens que passam durante a noite (no meu caso foram três vezes) o que incomoda no primeiro dia…mas no segundo, tomei uma quetiapina e antes fui ao PUB que funciona no subsolo…isso me impediu de escutar os ruídos do trem!

A única coisa que atrapalhou a experiência foi o fato de ter uma casa noturna no porão do hotel, no quarto que eu fiquei teve um som muito alto de banda tocando até muito tarde, inclusive após a meia noite.
