入住時遇到的問題

在網站上釘兩間房，到現場卻說系統只顯示一間，堅持不給房，後來因為要趕行程，通融暫時保管行李，緊急連絡的在台灣的業務，業務僅撥電話至訂房網，飯店方立即通知說房間有了，是電腦系統的問題，要是為打這通電話，是否現場就要再多花一間的房，太沒有品質了。
