We were a family of 5, with young kids. The stay at Sophia was just amazing, right in front of the blue domed church. The indoor was cozy, very well aesthetically curated and added to the charm of Greece/Santorini. The room service and food was also tye best! The staff was very helpful in arranging for cab services to pickup/drop at the airport, and travel around Santorini. Everything about our 3 night 4 day stay at this place was top notch, from staff hospitality, location, ambience and pool. Very pleased and a memorable stay!

Off season so no spa and pools were cool! Staff was excellent catered to our every need! Room a bit small but clean and what a view! It is a SCAM !!!! They announce 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin Sofa beds, but the reality is that they have a double bed in the roof of the main room. The bathroom is small and uncomfortable. The service is TERRIBLE, they forgot the order for breakfast, and sent an incomplete order for dinner. We never got the chance to talk to the manager, and the lady responsible for attending to the guests was disrespectful. We paid for 4 nights, but we left the hotel after the first night.
