The hotel is excellent. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Location is great. It's easily walkable from the main town (Fira) but not so close that it is busy or noisy. Firostefani itself has some nice food options.

The staff Reynalda and Luis were so friendly and helpful! There are a lot of steps to rooms but they helped with luggage! The breakfast each morning was plentiful and a great start to the day, served on the balcony overlooking the caldera! This hotel a wonderful sunset view of the caldera and volcano.

Excellent support by staff, truly kind and helpful. Very nice property. Only area of improvement would be wider choices for breakfast, which currently is a set menu with a 7 day cycle.
