While preparing to check out, someone came to our room at 10:45 a.m. and asked us to urgently contact the reception desk by phone. Although the hotel’s check-in time is 3:00 p.m., the way we were pressured to vacate the room as quickly as possible felt unnecessarily strict and uncomfortable. Considering that we had chosen this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, this level of intrusion and the pressure placed on us during our departure did not reflect the standards of hospitality we expected. Guests who value privacy, comfort, and a respectful guest experience may wish to take this into consideration when choosing this hotel.
