We stayed two nights in this hotel, stuff were nice especially they carry our luggages to our room. However, there was no hot water throughout our stay, we have to shower in kindly cold/warm water and basins drainage stocked badly , also the breakfast was poor without much choice ! I would not go back to this hotel again.

Room was small but great. The patio opened up to the pool and the incredible view. You can walk into town either way super easy or to the bus Station to go to the beach or Oia.

The Ira Hotel and Spa was wonderful. The views of the caldera are unbeatable. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located close to everything, but still very private and quiet.

The Ira did an outstanding job helping us retrieve a suitcase that was accidentally left behind. They went above and beyond to help us get it delivered back to us. In addition to that, the hotel is beautiful! Clean and friendly. The waiter hand delivered an excellent assortment of breakfast foods right to our table. Would stay at this hotel again!

Good things first: the views were breathtaking, and the hotel itself was beautiful, especially the cave room (although it was a bit dark). I loved the pool area - it was small but usually quiet and uncrowded, which made it very relaxing. Location was good, very walkable and easy to reach the town area, but not overrun by tourists. Unfortunately, we did encounter some issues. At checkout, we were charged for minibar items we never consumed. During our entire stay, we only had one bottle of water, but the maid documented chips and several beverages as taken. Despite the receptionist efforts to find a fair solution, management did not budge, and we were forced to pay around 15€ for items we didn’t use. We understand that mistakes happen but this situation left a sour aftertaste at the end of our trip. One night, the electricity went out and an alarm sounded. Electricity was out for most of the night but available again by the morning. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it did make for a stressful final night. Breakfast was another disappointment. For a 4-star hotel, I expected more freshness and variety without extra charges (even cereal came at an additional cost). Overall, while we had a wonderful time in Santorini and the hotel had some lovely aspects, these incidents made the stay significantly less enjoyable. It may have been a matter of bad luck, but unfortunately, we would not return or recommend this hotel.

What a beautiful hotel! It might be one of the best in Santorini. Our room had the sea view. The minute you step out of your room you see Paradise the best ocean view. You have the best sunset view from this hotel. The location is the best too. Close to very nice dining options. The staffs are very welcoming and nice! The one thing that is not perfect are the rooms they are very small. But everything else is perfect. I would book them again if I go back to Santorini.

Although a beautiful property, rooms were small and shape of room made it difficult to move around - we had two suitcases, so one blocked door. When we booked it said buffet breakfast, which was not the case now - they serve pre portioned continental and if you want more of something, it is a hefty charge (ie give one soft boiled egg and an extra $8E for two more). Says restaurant on site, which is false. Inflexible with checkout time, most hotels are noon, not 11am - declined even extra 30min and housekeeping arrived prior to 11am on checkout day. Although outstanding view from pool area, the glass was covered in green bugs (similar to fruit flys). They swarm on you when laying around pool, annoying but did not bite. Staff did nothing to try to remove.

The rooms are very comfortable and have all you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel it's gorgeous and very well located, close to Fira and all Santorini (if you rent a vehicle). The pool is great and the views from the deck are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS.

Overall a very good hotel to stay at. Is very convenient located and walking distance from great restaurants, shops, etc. Only thing is that there is no full service restaurant though out the whole day. Only breakfast available. Also the pool area is small and gets easily crowded. The hotel is clean, has a nice ambiance and great and friendly staff. The rooms are two and three levels indeed. So be aware. The views from this hotel are breathtaking.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was also very big and spacious. It’s in a great location because you’re only about a 15 min cab ride from Oia. The view from the pool area of the hotel is breathtaking. The staff is very friendly and accommodating however i do feel they’re a bit understaffed. The only thing I’d say they can improve on is having the restaurant be more available, they only serve breakfast 8am-11am and then they’re closed the rest of the day. Other than that it’s an amazing hotel and for the price you really can’t beat it.
